As a basic industry,the textile and clothing industry is an important traditional industry that involves the national economy and people's livelihood.At the same time,the textile and clothing industry is also an innovative industry that reflects people's cultural creativity and technological progress.It is also a mirror of changes of times and transformation of the industey.The textile and clothing industry has entered the global scope and the era of cloud economy marked by Internet+big data and cloud computing.This paper is based on three dimensional human body measurement data.Depend on the 3D coordinates of 168 landmarks,a three dimensional NURBS surface model is built to fit the virtual body model.The digital mannequin which accords with the characteristics of the data model is generated and flattened.Research has been conducted on the generation of rules from two dimensional vector to the female trousers prototype and from the female trousers prototype to the typical styles of trousers.The automatic production of the female trousers loading model and the construction of the fitting system were completed.Realize the digital generation of three-dimensional human body to two-dimensional model and then to three-dimensional clothing.The main research content is as follows:Firstly,through non-contact three-dimensional human body scanning experiments,3D anthropometric data in the form of point clouds was obtained.According to the 168 key points of the human body's lower extremities,NURBS surface fitting technology was used to construct a three-dimensional personalized digital human leg.Secondly,according to the transformation from complex three-dimensional surfaces to two-dimensional planes,the principle of keeping the area constant and the shape features of the human body surface,setting a reasonable dividing line and flattening the virtual human table to generate 16-dimensional two-dimensional vectors with three-dimensional human body features Guarantee flatness accuracy.Thirdly,based on the in-depth study of the relationship between human body and trousers,we explored the universal rules for transitioning from 16-dimensional 2D vector with 3D human characteristics to personalized trousers-based template,preparing for the creation of a personalized women's trousers typical style model.In addition,starting from the personalized female trousers-based prototype model,according to the principle of garment balance and the principle of provincial transfer,the rules for the production of three typical female trousers style templates were obtained,and the transformation from three-dimensional body data to two-dimensional garment templates was also completed.Finally,in accordance with the transfer principles from two dimensional vector graphics to basic block and from basic block to the typical styles pattern,trousers pattern intelligent generation system is developed based on Auto CAD object-arx programming.Then we use Pattern Magic II software to realize virtual fitting,which could also help to modify the clothing pattern.This paper combines the anthropometry?reverse engineering technology?geometry surface flattening and garment pattern technology.Transfer rules from 3D human body to 2D pattern are established.Furthermore,auto-generated system of personalized female trousers pattern is built up.This provides further improvement and supplement to existing garment structure theory.It provides a foundation for interdisciplinary studies.The theory and practice from the 3D fashion design to 2D pattern flattening are enriched and developed.
