| The rapid development of technology,market and demand in the food processing field has put forward higher requirements for food professionals.Practical teaching is an important process of cultivating food processing professionals.However,in actual teaching,due to the limitations of training venues and equipment,insufficient safety in training process and students’ low interest,it is difficult to carry out high-quality training and learning.With the rapid development of VR technology,the development of virtual training systems can assist practical teaching,reduce training costs,and increase training quality.After analyzing the research background and situation,the current food processing training system based on VR technology generally suffers from insufficient immersion,single interaction means,and does not meet the real and precise interaction requirements of practical teaching.In order to solve the above problems,this paper aims to develop a food processing virtual training interactive system based on VR technology.First of all,we study the classification and composition of virtual training systems,the software,hardware and interactive design of VR interactive technology,and we conduct detailed research on the concept and application direction of virtual hand technology in this paper.Secondly,we analyze the design requirements of interactive system for virtual food processing training,studies the principles of interactive design of food processing training system,and we summarize the feedback types of food processing virtual training,and completes the framework structure design of the interactive system based on the design principles.Then,we study the physical-based rendering technology that affects the sense of reality and the virtual hand interaction technology that affects the sense of interaction immersion.Based on the design principles and theories,the virtual hand target selection and gesture generation are optimized.Finally,we take the virtual training of the biscuit processing pipeline as an example to develop a VR interactive system suitable for food processing training based on virtual hand technology,and we present part of the code and operation effect of each sub-system.We achieved the purpose of improving the immersion and interactivity of the training system and increasing the efficiency of training professional talents. |
