Study On Risk Analysis And Safety Countermeasures Of LNG Tank Container Terminal Loading And Unloading Operation

LNG tank container is a new transportation mode of LNG due to its flexible transportation and wide radiation range.Terminal loading and unloading operation is an important link in the process of water transportation of LNG tank containers.Once leakage occurs,it is likely to cause fire and explosion accidents,which may cause serious damage to the terminal,and lead to casualties.Analyze the risk of loading and unloading operation of LNG tank container terminal and put forward relevant safety countermeasures have great significance.LNG tank container terminal loading and unloading operation was chosen as the research subject,firstly the risk of LNG tank container terminal loading and unloading operation was analyzed,through the analysis of the characteristics of LNG material and the features of terminal loading and unloading operation,collection of LNG transportation and terminal loading and unloading accident cases,the main accident reasons and main accident types of LNG tank container terminal loading and unloading operation were analyzed.Based on these preparation,fault tree analysis method was used,leakage accident of LNG tank container terminal loading and unloading operation was taken as the top event,the minimum cut set of the fault tree was calculated,the structural importance of each basic events was sorted,the basic event that has the greatest impact on the occurrence of top event can be found.The event tree was used to analyze accident scenario of LNG tank container terminal loading and unloading operation,the fire and explosion probability of LNG tank container was calculated.According to the analysis results of the event tree,relevant quantitative analysis models were used to simulate and analyze the consequences of the accident by means of MATLAB,and the scopes of the impact of the accident were obtained.Finally,the safety countermeasures for LNG tank container terminal loading and unloading accidents were put forward.Firstly,based on the analysis,the countermeasures were put forward from the aspects of LNG tank container,terminal loading and unloading operation and LNG fire and explosion accidents.Secondly,in view of leakage and fire accidents of LNG tank container terminal loading and unloading operation,the measures of emergency rescue were put forward to provide reference for the formulation of a complete emergency processing for loading and unloading of LNG tank container terminals.
