Scaling in the production well is one of the important factors restricting the popularization and application of the ternary compound flooding technology.It is urgent to statistics and analyze the data of ion test data of the produced liquid and to clean and prevent the scale in time.Because of the long time and low efficiency of traditional artificial methods,the intelligent data statistics and analysis by agent technology can make up for the shortcomings of traditional artificial methods.But in the practical application,there are many problems such as the large amount of agent basic framework development and the poor cooperation ability between agents.In view of the above problems,this paper designs an agent factory model suitable for the pretreatment of compound drive and anti scaling data,and realizes intelligent pretreatment of the data of compound drive cleaning and anti scaling business.Firstly,the paper analyzes the business process and business characteristics of the pretreatment of compound drive and anti scaling data.Based on the theory of factory model and agent technology,the process analysis of agent factory mode is carried out,and the overall framework of agent factory mode is designed;Secondly,the data source and structure of the pretreatment data of compound drive cleaning and anti scaling are analyzed,and the data model suitable for the field of compound drive scale prevention data is constructed;Thirdly,the agent factory research on agent production and registration,realizes the agent production,function assignment and release of the agent for the pre-treatment of compound drive and anti scaling data,and introduces the management strategy of agent factory and the advantages of applying agent factory mode;Finally,the cooperative mechanism of agent is studied.Through the analysis of common communication strategies,the communication strategy of blackboard message transmission is adopted to realize the cooperation among multiple agents.The complex tasks are decomposed into multiple simple sub tasks by task decomposition strategy to improve the utilization of system resources.On the basis of agent factory mode oriented to data preprocessing of composite flooding scale removal and prevention,the information management system and data preprocessing system of composite flooding scale removal and prevention are designed and developed,and an example is tested.The application results verify the rationality and feasibility of the proposed method,and improve the efficiency of data preprocessing.
