| With the outbreak and development of the global epidemic,major changes have taken place in the international energy environment.The international oil industry is turbulent,and the self-sufficiency of oil and gas resources is of far-reaching significance to my country.At present,a large amount of water enters the oil and gas reservoirs in oilfield exploitation.The composition of the clay minerals in the reservoir is complex,the water sensitivity of various minerals is inconsistent,and the expansion rate is different.The original accumulation structure of the clay is dissociated and moved to form new dispersion.This results in a decrease in oil flow per unit area and a reduction in oil recovery.Clay stabilizers are a kind of oilfield chemical additives that can prevent the expansion and migration of reservoir clay.They are widely used in various stages of oilfield drilling,fracturing,water injection,and other oilfield exploitation.In this paper,two kinds of dendritic structure small molecule migration blocking multi-cation multifunctional anti-swelling agents were synthesized through quaternization reaction and geminization reaction.The structure of the obtained product was characterized,and its performance in stabilizing clay was evaluated at the same time,verifying that it can be used in oilfield development and application under complex conditions.(1)Using 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride and diethylenetriamine as raw materials,aliphatic polycationic quaternary ammonium salt(PCQA)was prepared,and the ratio of reactants in the synthesis of the product was affected,Temperature and time to carry out experimental research.The results showed that the synthesis of the target product was confirmed by 1H NMR and FT-IR,the reactant ratio was 7:1(the amount of substance),the temperature was 70℃,and the time was 5.5 h.The obtained PCQA product had the best effect.Through compatibility,temperature resistance,anti-swelling rate,washing resistance rate,durability,compounding,and comparative experiments,the selectivity of clay minerals,core rolling,crushing,flow and other experiments to evaluate PCQA,determine its best The best anti-swelling rate is 87.15%,and the best use concentration is 5 g/L.(2)Using 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride and p-phenylenediamine as raw materials,an aromatic polycationic quaternary ammonium salt(PCQAB)was prepared through a quaternization reaction,which affected the product Perform experimental research on the ratio,temperature and time of the synthesized reactants.The results showed that the synthesis of the target product was confirmed by 1H NMR and FT-IR,the reactant ratio was 6:1(the amount of substance),the temperature was 75℃,and the time was 7.5 h.The obtained PCQAB product had the best effect.PCQAB was evaluated through compatibility,temperature resistance,anti-swelling rate,washing resistance rate,durability,compounding,scanning electron microscopy,comparative experiments,selectivity of clay minerals,core rolling,crushing,flow and other experiments to determine PCQAB.The optimal anti-swelling rate was determined to be 94.50%,and the optimal use concentration was 4 g/L.Anti-swelling effect and optimal concentration.(3)Through the determination of the zeta potential of the clay suspension,the adsorption capacity experiment of the clay,and the kinetic analysis experiment,the mechanism of the clay stabilizer is discussed. |
