Reliability test is an effective method to improve the reliability of spiral bevel gear machine tool,and load spectrum is an essential factor to carry out reliability test.In this paper,taking the spiral bevel gear machine tool as the research object,the load spectrum compilation method of spiral bevel gear machine tool is studied.The specific research contents are as follows.(1)Based on the geometric principle and kinematic principle of traditional spiral bevel gear machine tool generating method,the formula of instantaneous undeformed chip area of cutting layer is deduced.The shear strain,strain rate and temperature in the shear zone were deduced by Johnson cook constitutive model.In this paper,the oblique cutting model is used to establish the milling force model of spiral bevel gear with generating method,and the program is programmed with MATLAB.(2)Based on the cutting principle of spiral bevel gear,the 3D modeling of gear blank and cutter is carried out by using UG software,combined with gear structure parameters,cutter head parameters and machine adjustment parameters.Combined with the three-dimensional model established by UG software and cutting parameters,the milling force in the cutting process of one side tooth surface of spiral bevel gear is simulated by DEFORM software,and the milling force curves under different cutting positions are obtained.The theoretical milling force curve and Simulation Milling force curve are compared and analyzed to verify the correctness of the theoretical milling force model.(3)Collect the process data of machine tool processing,and classify the process of machine tool processing.Aiming at the machining process of a type of gear,the distribution of milling force in the cutting process is solved by using milling force model,and the load frequency proportion table of spiral bevel gear machine tool is obtained.On this basis,the load spectrum is compiled.According to the actual processing time distribution of different types of parameters,the loading time proportion of all levels of load in the total loading spectrum of spiral bevel gear machine tool is obtained.The milling loading spectrum based on cutting characteristics is compiled with the idea of one cut in and one cut out process as a loading cycle.
