| Coal is an important energy in China,so it is of great significance to ensure the safety production of coal mine.Because the unsafe behavior of miners is an important cause of coal mine safety accidents,exploring the important influencing factors of miners’ unsafe behavior has great significance for reducing coal mine safety accidents.In order to study miners’ unsafe behaviors systematically and dynamically,this paper uses Human Factors Analysis and Classification System(HFACS)and System Dynamics(SD)model.Firstly,this paper uses HFACS to analyze the causality between the influencing factors of coal mine safety accidents.According to the characteristics of coal industry,this paper establishes an improved HFACS in the field of coal mine safety firstly,and then analysis and statistics the causes of 100 major and above coalmine accidents in China from 2010 to 2020.Calculate χ2 and OR value of influencing factors to analyze the causality between influencing factors of adjacent levels,to obtain the causality diagram of coalmine accidents,under the constraint of"P<0.05 and OR>1".Secondly,this paper constructs the system dynamics model of miners’ unsafe behavior.Based on the causality diagram of coalmine safety accidents obtained in the second chapter,this paper draw a causality loop diagram and model flow diagram of system dynamics of unsafe behavior of miners.Then,determining the weights,parameters and equations of the model by expert interviews and ANP.Finally,the unsafe behavior level of miners is simulated.Setting five scenarios by changing the initial value of each level,to explore the effect of each level of safety state change on miners’ unsafe behavior level.Then,setting ten scenarios by changing the initial value of each level of influencing factors,to calculate the action rate of different influencing factors on the level of miners’ unsafe behavior by using simulation software Vensim PLE,and last identify the important factors affecting miners’ unsafe behavior level.Research conclusions:(1)there is a certain causal relationship among the influencing factors at all levels in HFACS,and the influencing factors of adjacent levels are interrelated,which jointly determine the level of miners’ unsafe behavior.At the same time,this paper obtains nine causal chains of coalmine safety accidents.(2)This paper uses HFACS and SD model to study the level of miners’ unsafe behavior,which provides a new idea for the study of miners’unsafe behavior.(3)The simulation results of SD model shows that the improvement of safety status at all levels of HFACS can inhibit the level of miners’ unsafe behavior,and the intensity of each influencing factor on the level of miners’ unsafe behavior is different.The level of organization and management and the precondition level of safety behavior have more significant effect on miners’ unsafe behavior.Safety training,safety awareness,safety culture atmosphere and safety supervision and inspection are important factors affecting miners’ unsafe behaviors.Figure[11]Table[14]Reference[80]... |
