| At present,China’s construction industry is still in a period of stable growth and the scale of construction as well as the amount of construction work will show the development trend of continuous growth in the long-term process,despite the complex economic situation at home and abroad.However,with the continuous development of China’s construction industry,the number of safety accidents and fatalities during the construction of engineering projects have remained stubbornly high,and its construction safety issues deserve more and more attention.The construction process of engineering projects is the primary source of accidents in the construction industry,and construction workers are the main implementers of engineering project construction.But China’s construction migrant workers have a large base,generally low education level,and poor active safety ideology.Therefore,the management task for construction workers’ unsafe behaviors is arduous,and the management theory system of construction workers’ unsafe behaviors needs to be strengthened urgently in construction safety management of China’s construction industry.The research directions of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of construction workers’ unsafe behaviors mainly include the identification of influence factors,analysis of influence mechanisms and formulation of intervention strategies,,but there are still research gaps in the quantification and minimization of construction workers’ unsafe behaviors and their influence factor levels.Therefore,SD is used in this paper to simulate the influence mechanism and dynamically monitor the level of unsafe behavior of construction workers,and PSO is used to optimize the intervention strategy of unsafe behavior of construction workers and explore the best intervention strategy to reduce the level of unsafe behavior,so as to achieve the optimization of intervention effect.Three steps are adopted.First,based on the elaboration and analysis of the theoretical foundation related to unsafe behavior,the factors influencing unsafe behavior of construction workers are identified and screened by KH-Coder.Combined with the existing research results,the influence mechanism of construction workers’ unsafe behaviors is ascertained by using some methods and tools,such as questionnaire survey and SEM.Second,the causal loop diagram,stock flow diagram and structural equation of construction workers’ unsafe behavior system are established,so as to construct its level of dynamic simulation SD model.And the model is coded in MATLAB to construct a PSO with the intervention coefficient of construction workers’ unsafe behavior influence factors as the independent variable and the minimum level of unsafe behavior as the objective.Finally,Fuyang PYTC Phase I project is taken as an example,and the current unsafe behavior of construction workers and the level of their influencing factors are specified by using questionnaires and field interviews.Then SD-PSO model is used to study the next intervention strategy for the project,targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the project are put forward,in order to reduce the level of unsafe behavior of construction workers in the project through effective intervention strategies,and then reduce the accident rate of the project. |
