| The modeling and controlling for cycle cooling system on two-roll strip casting isinvestigated in this thesis.Because of its multivariable,nonlinear, difficult modeling etc,thetraditional PID can’t be used to solve these problems,the fuzzy control is more appropriatecompared with traditional control.The Fuzzy control algorithm is employed to model andoptimize the system, besides this paper is joined feedback to solve water lag.Through thechoice of closed circulating water cooling way,the more suitable run-water structure isdesigned,then which make the magnesium alloy solidify rapidly.Finally the good qualitystrip will be got.Based on the scene measured data of the magnesium alloy experiment engineeringcenter,the analysis to the effect of process prameters-input and output temperature,inportwater flow,roll speed and the reservoir pressure,and establish the multiple input andsingle output Fuzzy model.This paper has a detailed description about the development and technical process oftwo-roll casting for magnesium alloy,and which analyzes the circulating cooling water ofthe experiment, make clear its importance and its influence factors.And this thesis set upreasonably dynamic and static energy balance between the cooling water and magnesiumalloy.With the Fuzzy logic,the Fuzzy rules are established.Moreover the scene data isanalyzed, the model are imitated and simulated.Through the practice,the cooling watersystem can ensure outlet and inlet temperature difference in temperature in9C,canguarantee extreme condensation under the condition of certain temperature.With a mas ofpractice,the control method in the paper can be applied effectively in practical production. |
