Offshore oil pipeline and equipment terminal connector is one of the core equipments of underwater oil and gas resource development system,and the high-pressure seal and ocean current impact make underwater oil connector become a technical problem in this field.At present,the connector has problems such as large form factor,insufficient pre-tightening force and poor anti-external interference ability,in view of the existing shortcomings,this paper is based on the clamp connector,the underwater clamp connector metal seal theory correction,structural size optimization,mechanical transfer principle research,to explore the impact of the structure on the clamp connector seal and load resistance performance.In order to explore the calculation theory suitable for the metal seal of the underwater clamp connector,based on hertz contact theory,the method of calculating the extreme value of curvature radius on the two surfaces of the seal contact point is studied,and the relationship between the curvature circle center of the extreme value of the extreme value of any swing part is determined by measurement,and the calculation method of the radius of curvature of any swing part surface point is obtained,and then the equivalent curvature radius is solved.Using finite meta-simulation to study seal contact characteristics that do not consider the thickness and width of the edge of the seal ring,it is verified that hertz contact theory is applicable to the metal seal contact theory of underwater clamp connectors.This paper analyzes the relationship between sealing performance and structural parameters,designs variables such as ftlange angle,seal arc radius,half width,edge thickness,target function with maximum contact stress and minimum ftlange axial force,and builds a multi-target optimization model of underwater clamp connector with maximum iso-effect force,optimizes it by using the response surface method,and obtains the best structural size combination of multi-target sealing ring.Comparing the simulation results of sealing which has taken into account the edge thickness and width of the seal ring,and the error resulting from the theoretical result of applying Hertz contact theory in underwater clamp connector sealing,the correction coefficient of underwater clamp connector metal seal theory is introduced,and the calculation accuracy of the underwater clamp connector sealing theory can be greatly improved by 6 inch 5 inch flang and metal seal pressure seal experiment.In order to reduce the pre-tightening force required for underwater clamp connector sealing,the simulation and test study of the pre-tightening force is carried out for the ftlange gap,and the principle of the allocation of the ftlange and sealing ring axial force of sealing and material strength is satisfied by the static simulation method,and the method of solving the fallocial gap under different water depth,size,material and internal pressure is given under the guidance of this principle,and the specific simulation and test data of the 6 inch clamp is analyzed as an example.In order to reduce the overall size of the clamp,the adjustment and improvement are made from the tilt arrangement of the sealing pin,the angle of contact between the clamp claw and the flange,and the diameter and conductivity of the tightening bolt.In view of the conversion problem of pre-tightening torque to the gram axial force transfer,a brief diagram of the mechanism of straight-groove clamps and chute clamp clamps is drawn,and the degree of freedom proves that the two clamping movements are unique.Simplify the force model after clamp clamping,solve the two clamping ftlange axial forces using force balance and torque balance respectively,obtain the expression from the tightening bolt axial force to the ftlang axial force,and verify them through simulation.Comparing the similarity and difference between the tightening bolt and the ordinary bolt in the drive and proof,the expression of the tightening bolt torque to the axial force at pre-tightening is given and the proof of the tightening bolt in the working state are given,and the pre-tightening force expression is proved by the 1.5-inch clamp connector test.The principle of sealing and mechanical transmission of underwater clamp connector provides a theoretical basis for the applicability of any water depth,pipe diameter,oil(gas)pressure and external interference,lays the foundation for the localization and series of underwater clamp connector in China,helps to improve the connection capability of underwater production equipment in China,and promotes the development of marine energy development equipment in China.
