Research On Safety Production Evaluation Of F Company’s Synthesis Workshop Based On Entropy Weight Fuzzy Synthesis Method

There are many potential threats to production safety in chemical enterprises.In order to ensure the safety of production operation,it is necessary to find out the key risk factors in the production process and improve the key indicators.However,in the actual production,many enterprises lack a comprehensive evaluation of production safety,and can not fully quantify the safety evaluation of the production process and production factors.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the risk in the production process of F Company and carry out safety evaluation.This article is summarized as follows.First of all,through the study of the characteristics of production safety management in the synthetic workshop of F Chemical Company,combined with the opinions of professional safety management personnel,It is pointed out that the main safety constraints in the synthetic workshop of F Chemical Company at the present stage are the risk of personnel condition,the risk of mechanical use,the risk of environmental operation and the risk of safety management system.Based on this,the evaluation index system of safety production risk factors in synthetic workshop of F chemical company is constructed,which is composed of 4 second level indexes and 13 third level indexes.Secondly,in the four main production steps in the synthetic workshop of F Company,the entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of each index.Analyze the key security risks that have the greatest impact in each step and improve the key safety issues in each production process.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method is used to evaluate the production safety of F chemical company,and it is concluded that the evaluation level of production safety management of F company is higher,and the key factors affecting production safety are environmental operation factors and safety management system factors.It is of positive reference significance to put forward the relevant improvement measures by finding the key risk factors to improve the safety management ability of the enterprise and reduce the risk of production operation.
