| Tobacco leaves are important materials basis for the characteristics of Chinese cigarettes.As the country is developing continuously and the international exchanges continuously strengthened,small grade tobacco leaves can not be directly applied to large brands of cigarette formulations.The contradiction between the materials supply of "more grades and less quantity" and the maintenance of cigarette product formula is becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is considered to extend the cut tobacco to threshing and redrying,in the threshing and redrying production line,blending various tobacco leaves with different properties according to the requirements of material formula,to make it become a single function module or brand module,and the part of functions of brand module can be moved from the cut tobacco process to threshing and redrying.At present,there are still few studies on module tobacco leaves processing,domestic tobacco industry is still lack of technical regulations or standards related to module tobacco leaves processing,and there is no specialized equipments for module tobacco leaves processing.There are some issues in the process of threshing and redrying module tobacco leaves,such as the moisture content and temperature of module tobacco leaves control is not accurate,the auxiliary equipment is not perfect and so on.To address this issue,this thesis takes a threshing and redrying production line and the actual production of module tobacco leaves as the research objects,and is guided by the research of flue-cured tobacco leaves processing,and is based on the current threshing and redrying technology and equipments,according to the requirements and key quality indicators of module tobacco leaves processing,through the way of modeling analysis,to study the technology of modular tobacco leaves.The specific research contents are listed as follows:1.Starting from the technology of module tobacco leaves processing,collecting the parameters data which is affecting quality indicators of pretreatment and redrying process,and the experiment is carried out by uniform design experimentation,using the partial least squares regression(PLSR)to build the initial model.2.Optimizing the model,to obtain the mathematical control model of the two processes,input the model into Excel,testing the model,and using the model to the actual production for verification.3.According to the results of modeling research,optimizing the equipments of threshing and redrying production line,to improve the processing level of module tobacco leaves.The mathematical model of pretreatment and redrying process of modular tobacco leaves processing is obtained by using the partial least squares regression(PLSR)by uniform design experimentation.After optimization and test,the model is successfully applied to actual production.According to the modeling results,the first-hot air moistening machine of the threshing and redrying production line is optimized,and the auxiliary equipments are designed and checked,effectively enhance the technological level. |
