| Copper aluminum composite plate combines the advantages of copper and aluminum single materials, and is widely used in metallurgy, automobile, electronic products and other fields. In practical application, the metal composite plate needs to be cut to form a specific length and shape.Because of the complex layered structure of the copper aluminum composite plate, its shear section morphology and fracture mode are quite different from that of the single-layer plate. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influence of process conditions on the shear quality and fracture mode of the copper aluminum composite plate. In this paper, the effects of shear gap and shear velocity on the shear quality, work hardening and shear force of Cu/Al(copper layer on top, aluminum layer on bottom)and Al/Cu(aluminum layer on top, copper layer on bottom)plates with a thickness ratio of3:7 are studied. The results show that the shear quality of Cu/Al plate is the best when the relative shear gap is 2% and the shear velocity is 28mm/s,and under the same conditions, the shear quality of Cu/Al plate is better than that of Al/Cu plate. With the increase of shear gap,the maximum value of work hardening of Cu/Al and Al/Cu plates decreases gradually, the range of work hardening increases gradually, and the shear force in Z and Y directions decreases first and then increases. With the increase of shear velocity, the maximum value of work hardening of Cu/Al and Al/Cu plates decreases gradually, the range of work hardening is basically unchanged, and the shear forces in Z and Y directions increase gradually.Secondly, the effects of the thickness ratio of Cu/Al on the shear quality, work hardening and shear force of Cu/Al plate are studied. The results show that with the increase of the thickness ratio of Cu/Al,the collapse angle, shear band and burr of Cu/Al composite plate are increasing, the fracture zone is decreasing, the maximum value and range of work hardening are increasing, and the shear forces in Z direction and Y direction are increasing. Then, the shear quality, work hardening and shear force of three-layer Cu/Al/Cu plate under different shear conditions are studied. The results show that with the increase of the shear gap,the shear zone of the cross section of the plate decreases gradually, the upper collapse angle, the middle collapse angle, the fracture zone and the burr increase gradually, the maximum value of work hardening decreases gradually, the range of workhardening increases gradually, and the Z direction and Y direction shear force decreases first and then increases. With the increase of shear velocity, the height of shear zone and fracture zone in the cross section of the plate has little change. The collapse angle and burr in the middle layer of the upper collapse angle first decrease and then increase, the maximum value of work hardening gradually decreases, the scope of work hardening basically remains unchanged, and the shear force in Z direction and Y direction gradually increases. When the relative shear gap is 2% and the shear velocity is 280mm/s,the shear quality is the best. The results show that there is no obvious delamination in the two-layer and three-layer copper aluminum composite plates, and when the copper layer is small, the upper copper layer does not fracture. Finally, the shear model of Cu/Al composite plate is established by ABAQUS software, and the finite element simulation of the shear process is carried out.The change of hydrostatic pressure at each characteristic point of Cu/Al composite plate is analyzed. The influence of shear gap on the stress-strain of Cu/Al composite plate and the influence of layer thickness ratio on the stress-strain of Cu/Al plate are analyzed. |
