Research On Seat Design Aim At Individual Differences

Along with the globalization and the development of industrialization,people's pace of work and work pressure continues to accelerate,desk and sit become more and more people work.Therefore,people's demand for seats is no longer only satisfied with the practical function,comfort has become more and more concerned about the elements.A reasonable seat design can not only improve people's comfort and work efficiency,but also can reduce the spine and muscle damage caused by sedentary.However,different individuals,for the same surface,will have different comfort and receptivity.According to individual differences may affect the comfort of the seat surface,put forward the possibility of hypothesis.Through the BMI and body fat rate to classify subjects;through the questionnaire survey,make analysis of individual subjective feelings by the sea;a pressure test,the objective effect on individual differences of base pressure caused by analysis.Finally,the comprehensive objective and subjective analysis of individual differences in the seat surface have remarkable impact on the comfort of the conclusion.The key information is extracted by using the data in the experiment and the conclusion,so as to put forward a reasonable seat design scheme.The seat design design as the main innovation point,combined with ergonomic seat design and the basic theory of knowledge,designed to meet the basic requirements of ergonomic seat.
