Aircraft environmental control system is one of the important airborne systems.Its main function is to provide comfortable living and working environment for passengers and airborne equipment.Radiator is the key product of environmental control system,which is usually assembled by welding.The accuracy and efficiency of welding have the characteristics of high precision,long and complex process,and a large number of welding assembly fixtures are used to ensure.This paper used the modular design method to research and develop the modular design system of the welding fixture for the aircraft environmental control radiator.Through the induction and analysis of the design knowledge for the welding fixture,the existing welding fixture was divided into modules.Based on this,the multi-layer fixture modules were constructed.Through the rapid reuse of the module,the modular design of the fixture was realized.The research work of this paper mainly includes:(1)In this paper,a module division method of welding fixture for aircraft environmental control radiator was proposed,which integrated axiomatic design and dynamic clustering.By solving the z-word mapping between functional domain and structural domain in axiomatic design,the fixture was preliminarily divided to the substructure.On this basis,the substructure was clustered according to the calculation criteria of functional structure association degree,and a variety of module division schemes were obtained.Based on the concept of sustainable design,the scheme of module division was evaluated comprehensively,and the most reasonable result of module division was obtained.(2)Based on the idea of parametric design and considering the relationship between assembly constraints and dimension parameters,the multi-layer module model was established,which could meet the requirements of fixture module in target fixture assembly design.(3)This paper studied the method of adding module quick assembly attributes based on features,including key technologies such as feature representation,feature matching and assembly constraint creation.By giving module quick assembly attributes,it could make it intelligent to a certain extent and reduce assembly operation steps.(4)Builded a multi-layer module library,standardized the management of module information,and formulated storage strategies for the three-dimensional model information and assembly attribute information in the module library.Module retrieval algorithm was proposed,key feature index was established to express modules,and multi-layer module retrieval was realized by nearest neighbor retrieval strategy.(5)The requirement analysis and overall design goal of the modular design system for welding fixture of aircraft environmental control radiator were given,and the overall framework and functional modules of the system were designed.Using NX Open API and Microsoft Visual Studio,the modular design system of welding fixture for aircraft environmental control radiator was developed based on NX platform to meet the actual business needs of the enterprise.
