Since the 1990 s,companies have faced global supply and sales channels.In other words,companies face greater market share opportunities and are faced with tougher competitive environments.Under this situation,companies are forced to change their industrial model,from a vertical industrial model to a horizontal one.At this time,the focus of supply chain management is not only an internal process,but a wider range of management.It requires strategic cooperation between enterprises at all nodes,adequate information sharing,and improve customer satisfaction.Therefore,for the coordination and cooperation among supply chain members,how to use an effective supply chain incentive mechanism has become an important issue for supply chain management.This article analyzes the state of supply chain management of a company and analyzes the problem of company A.The supply chain is not smooth,and the supply chain’s stigma takes time,and these two problems eventually adjust the company’s supply chain.At the same time,we point out the influence of a company to coordinate supply chains and analyze the need for a company to establish incentive mechanisms.Next,we have built a three-tier supply chain composed of suppliers,manufacturers and distributors and each participant has only one participant.Analyzes agency relationships between member firms under the asymmetry of supply chain information.Based on the agency relationship,the incentive model of the revenue chain of the supply chain and the optimal incentive contract are used to realize the cooperative operation of the company’s supply chain.The full text is of constant importance to the establishment of incentive mechanisms for small and medium-sized enterprises and the improvement of cooperative operation of supply chains.
