In this thesis,three chiral covalent organic framework materials were synthesized by solvothermal method for the stationary phase of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The detail works are as follows:The CD-COF-1 was synthesized with 1,3,5-tris(4-toluene aldehyde)benzene,1,4-diamino-2,5-divinylbenzene,p-phenylenediamine and 6-deoxy-6-mercapto-?-cyclodextrin.The stationary phase was prepared by the net wrapping method.The CD-COF-1 column had separated ten racemates and four position isomers of benzene in HPLC.The Rs value of 1,2-diphenylethanolone could reached 1.35.Eleven racemates and three position isomers of benzene were separated on the column of L-hydroxyproline derivatives of TPBD(NH2)2 which was immobilized on surface of silica gel by a net.The best separation example was 1-(9-anthracyl)-2,2,2-trifluoroethanol that the Rs was 7.16.This column possess a good efficiency and reproducible in chiral HPLC.The(1S)-(+)-10-camphor sulfonyl chloride derivatives of TPBD(NH2)2 were synthesized for the preparation of chiral column in HPLC.Eleven racemates and three position isomers of benzene were separated.The highest Rs was 5.29,and the racemate was 1-(9-anthracyl)-2,2,2-trifluoroethanol.The column of(1S)-(+)-10-camphor sulfonyl chloride derivative of TPBD(NH2)2 is good for enantioselective resolution.
