Under the background of rapid development of science and technology in nowadays,the substantial increase of productivity and the great enrichment of material life,people’s outing activities are still restricted by temperature,especially in cold winter,people’s willingness and frequency of going out have been greatly affected,and people’s demand for clothing is no longer in the era of covering clothes.How to make people get the temperature they need without wearing bloated and heavy warm clothes has become an important topic.Among them,the electric heating cold protective clothing combined with the electric heating principle can achieve the effects of strong heat preservation,light texture and controllable temperature.However,the willingness of young people to try this kind of clothing is low,and the main reason is that the current design of electric heating cold protective clothing is generally conservative,which can not meet their needs.Considering all these situations,this paper firstly reviews the latest research results in three aspects: the properties and wearability of heating materials,the location of heating devices and the application and development of heating clothes by literature review.Secondly,through the case analysis method,the most representative electric heating clothing products in China that combine the electric heating principle with cold protective clothing are sorted out,and the three elements of clothing design:style,color,material,attributes of electric heating sheet,heating area,heating position and heating time are analyzed,and their advantages and disadvantages are summarized.Thirdly,by comparison,it is found that the current electric heating clothing products have small heating coverage area,few heating positions,unreasonable design of heating positions,more conventional clothing design and so on.Then,by summarizing and analyzing the current design methods of conventional cold protective clothing,the methods of quilting line change,profile proportion,pocket design and color collision are summarized,and combined them with visual habits and three-dimensional stereo vision to form a new design method-visual segmentation method,which can optimize the body proportion and the presentation effect of clothing.In addition,an innovative design method-separation design method is put forward,which can effectively improve the heating effect from the perspective of clothing design.Finally,through the design practice method,the current hot spot is inspired and innovative design practice is carried out on the cold protective clothing based on the principle of electric heating.In the design,the innovative design methods of cold protective clothing summarized above are combined and re-created,thus making a series of innovative design works of cold protective clothing.The research on the innovative design of electric heating principle in cold protective clothing embodies the people-oriented concept.The electric heating cold protective clothing combined with electric heating principle and cold protective clothing have the characteristics of strong warmth retention,light texture and convenient use,and protect the normal temperature of users in cold environment.This paper studies the electric heating principle and innovative design of cold protective clothing in many aspects,summarizes some innovative design methods of cold protective clothing based on electric heating principle,which combine the functionality and aesthetics of clothing organically,and provide some theoretical reference for the design of electric heating cold protective clothing which is not perfect at present in China.
