With the gradual decline of crude production and the difficulty of development in the land and shallow seas, more and more attention has been paid to the development of deepwater oil and gas resources. However, deepwater drilling and completion operations are high-tech,highinvestment and high-risk systematic projects. In the event of an accident,it will not only delay the working hours and operation progress, resulting in economic losses, but also lead to serious casualties and environmental pollution.According to statistics, about 80 percent of accidents are related to human unsafe behavior. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the unsafe behavior in the process of deepwater drilling and completion in order to reduce accidents and ensure the safety of operation. In this paper, the theory of accident causation and the theory of human unsafe behavior are investigated, and the role of human unsafe behavior in the process of accident is analyzed.Based on the World Offshore Accident Databank(WOAD),through the analysis of the type of facilities, geological area, accident time, operation process and accident consequences,it is concluded that drilling and completion accidents account for a large proportion.Through the statistical analysis of the causes of drilling and completion accidents,it is concluded that 65%of the accidents are caused by human factors.Based on the behavioral model and behavioral mechanism analysis theory of human in the safety behavior science, the factors affecting the unsafe behavior of deepwater drilling and completion workers are studied. And 10 groups of factors and 33 sub-factors were summarized from two aspects of individual internal state and individual external conditions.Based on the structural equation model,a mechanism model for the unsafe behavior of deepwater drilling completion personnel is established.Using AMOS software, combined with the data collected by questionnaires, the model was fitted and verified, and the influence effects of various influencing factors on unsafe behavior were obtained. The three groups of factors that have the greatest effect on unsafe behavior are organization and management 0.476,professional ability0.471 and physiological conditions 0.418,respectively.And The three sub-factors that have the greatest effect on unsafe behavior are supervision management 0.193,risk prediction ability0.188 and health status 0.173.Corresponding management measures and suggestions are proposed for the key factors affecting the unsafe behavior of individuals.Statistical research shows that human errors account for a large proportion of the causes of emergency escape evacuation failure. Therefore, combined with the characteristics of offshore equipment, this paper also analyzes the emergency escape process after blowout out of control, constructs the blowout out of control emergency escape evacuation model, and uses CREAM method to analyze the human reliability of the model.Taking the Deepwater Horizon accident as an example, the reliability of the emergency escape evacuation in the accident was analyzed, and the results were basically consistent with the actual situation.
