General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out:"Human lives are critical, and development must not be at the expense of human lives. This must be an insurmountable red line." In recent years, the number of coal mine safety accidents and the number of casualties has shown a downward trend year by year, but the problem of frequent coal mine safety accidents has not been substantively resolved, and the safety situation remains severe.Scholars have found that the occurrence of coal mine safety accidents is closely related to human unsafe behavior.Factors such as poor underground coal mine environment, high labor intensity, and long working hours make workers' workload heavy, and at the same time cause coal mine workers'job satisfaction, mood and attention to decrease, which are important factors in the occurrence of unsafe behaviors.Based on this, the thesis studies its impact on unsafe behavior from the perspective of coal miners' workload, aiming to provide theoretical and practical guidance for further improving the level of coal mine safety production. On the basis of summarizing domestic and foreign research results and related theories, the paper divides workload into six dimensions:physical demand, mental demand, time demand, performance level, effort level and frustration level, and introduces job satisfaction, emotion and attention as an intermediate variable, propose research hypotheses through theoretical analysis and construct a conceptual model of the impact of workload on unsafe behaviors of coal miners.Design a scale and conduct a questionnaire survey to construct the impact of workload on unsafe behaviors of coal miners based on statistical analysis the structural equation model of the system, and conduct violation estimation and fitness test, and further conduct path analysis and mediation effect test. The results show that there is a positive influence relationship between physical demand, mental demand, time demand, frustration level and unsafe behavior of coal miners in workload, and there is no direct influence relationship between performance level, effort level and unsafe behavior of coal miners.Job satisfaction, emotion, and attention have a negative effect on coal miners' unsafe behaviors.Job satisfaction has a significant mediating effect in the relationship between physical demand, mental demand, time demand, effort level and coal miners' unsafe behaviors.Emotion has a significant mediating effect in the relationship between the six dimensions of workload and unsafe behaviors of coal miners.Attention has a significant mediating effect in the relationship between physical demand, mental demand, time demand and unsafe behaviors of coal miners.
