Preparation And Application Of Low Temperature Demulsifier For Crude Oil Produced Liquid

With the development of oilfield,the water content of crude oil produced fluid increases continuously and the oil production rate decreases gradually.This not only results in the increase of energy consumption in the process of produced fluid processing,but also contains a large amount of salt in the water phase,which will cause harm to pipeline equipment.Shengli oilfield Yong921 Joint Station to fluid temperature in 40-45?,now with demulsifier need in demulsification under 50 to 60?,and under the condition of low temperature 40?demulsification of low efficiency and poor effect was not up to the outbound process requirement.In order to achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction,Yong921 Joint Station puts forward to develop a new high-efficiency low-temperature demulsifier to solve the demulsification problem at low temperature.In this paper,the physical properties of Shengli oilfield Yong921 produced liquid and demulsification properties of various demulsifiers were analyzed,and AR phenolic resin polyether crude oil demulsifier was screened and synthesized.The single demulsifier was preliminarily screened to determine the single demulsifier with the best effect.The PO/EO ratio was calculated by ¹H-NMR to determine the reaction degree,and the characteristic absorption peak of C-O-C in the product was determined by the infrared spectrum of the barrel over-demulsifier,and the demulsifier was analyzed by the surface tension meter to have high surface activity,strong wetting and displacement ability.And then the experiment of synergistic compounding of demulsifiers was carried out,ultimately determine the optimal formula of demulsifier,dosage is 120mg?L^-1,demulsification temperature 40?,the dehydration rate of 94.7%.The synthesis and performance evaluation of low temperature demulsifier were completed.According to the optimum ratio of demulsifier,the demulsifier was produced and the field test was carried out.Finally,it is verified that the demulsifier was verified to be a special low temperature demulsifier suitable for the produced fluid of Yong921Joint Station in Shengli oilfield,which reduces the demulsification temperature,realizes the low-temperature treatment of the produced liquid,saves the cost of 295,200yuan per year,and achieves the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
