With the national economic development, increasing oil demand gap, further highlight the contradiction between supply and demand. To alleviate this such a supply and demand, greatly improve the old oil field recovery is the most realistic and most effective way. Polymer flooding technology to improve water drive as an important oil recovery technology. Jinzhou 9-3 oilfield began in October 2007 the implementation of polymer injection, the initial single well test injection, polymer injection in January 2008 in full swing, the current treatment of produced fluid, due to the presence of polymer production, produced fluiddemulsification has become a troubled oil production and not the fundamental problem.In this paper, polymer flooding oil recovery fluid system, the main research of the polymer flooding produced fluid characteristics and suited to adopt a liquid polymer containing demulsifier.(1) On JZ9-3 oil field production manifold produced fluid in the polymer was separation, purification and analysis, production of polymer into the polymer molecules with similar structure, viscosity average molecular weight of 59.8 million,59.3% degree of hydrolysis.(2) Examine the components of crude oil, polymers, aqueous phase composition on the stability of crude oil emulsion,Confirmed asphaltenes JZ9-3 oilfield fluid stability factors, the presence of the polymer to further improve the stability of emulsion.The impact of crude oil dehydration of polymer and polymer molecular weight and concentration, due to the current output of polymer molecular weight and concentration are larger, and its impact on crude oil dehydration obvious.(3) Polymer emulsion stability of the mechanism are:polymer viscosity and increase the water-phase oil-water interfacial adsorption was increased intensity of interfacial film in two forms. For JZ9-3 oil field, the polymer was mainly enhanced by adsorption to the oil-water interfacial film strength of the interface to improve the stability of emulsion.(4) Small molecule primary amine, respectively, macromolecular polyamine, propylene glycol, phenol and amine-formaldehyde resin, nonylphenol formaldehyde resin, p-tert-butyl phenolic resin as the starting 5 were synthesized series of polyether demulsifier 8 categories. Found through the tasting:the modified phenolic resin for tert-butyl JZ9-3 series demulsifiers for crude oil emulsion breaking effect significantly,30min when the loss rate can reach 80%.(5)The modified phenolic resin demulsifier tert-butyl acetate,espectively,dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, propylene glycol as the initiator of the demulsifier and phenol formaldehyde as the initiator amine compound further after demulsifier Evaluation found that:acetic acid on the crude oil emulsion breaking a good synergy, can improve the loss rate and improve water quality; dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid and phenol as the starting aldehydes synergistic demulsifier agent ineffective; propylene glycol Initiator of the demulsifier can better improve water quality.(6)For JZ9-3 oilfield fluid demulsification best demulsifier treatment formula is: p-ter-butyl phenolic resin modified demulsifier and acetic acid mixture I use the mass ratio of 1:1. When the dosage of demulsifier and acetic acid were 100mg/L,,30min 89.6% dehydration, the water is clear.
