Laser cutting is not only efficient,but also adapt to the changing requirements of mass customization.However,once the laser is turned on,it will not be turned off during the cutting process.The vacancy route not only causes waste of resources,but also damages the laser,so the laser cutting requires a higher activation.Therefore,it is significant to study the path optimization of single machine cutting,especially the path planning of multiple laser machines for cutting with cooperative operation.Analyze the technology and characteristics of laser cutting and refer to the traveling salesman problem.Construct a path planning model of single laser machine for cutting without the cutting area,and then propose a genetic algorithm to solve the problem.After verifying the applicability of the solution,construct a path planning model of multiple laser machines for cutting with cooperative operation.Based on the verification of the algorithm of single laser machine,an improved path planning algorithm of multiple laser machines for cooperative cutting is designed by introducing crossover elimination operator and branch and bound operator.Finally obtain the optimal path scheme.The results show that: Compared with the cutting method currently adopted by the enterprise,the single laser cutting path optimization solution no longer passes through the cutting area,the cutting path becomes shorter,the cutting time is shortened,and the laser activation is improved.The improved algorithm with crossover elimination operator and branch and bound operator can make the multiple laser machines for cooperative cutting no longer pass through the cutting area.Although the total cutting path is slightly longer,the cutting time is shortened,and the total laser activation is improved.The path planning of multiple laser machines for cutting based on cooperative operation and the improved algorithm of introducing crossover elimination operator and branch and bound operator establish a stable solution for the cooperative operation mode of multiple laser machines for cutting in laser cutting workshop,shorten the cutting cycle,improve the laser activation,and better meet the changeable needs,The research results have a certain reference value for the research of multiple machines cooperative operation and path planning solutions.
