| In the context of Industry 4.0,the manufacturing industry is gradually getting rid of the cumbersome traditional manufacturing and moving towards intelligence.How to use intelligent means to achieve high efficiency and low consumption is a major topic of the manufacturing industry.Three laser heads cut the coiling material dynamically while moving,which ensures the machining accuracy and improves the cutting efficiency.Compared with the cutting of a single laser head,it is more efficient.Therefore,the research on the optimization of the path of three-head laser cutting has important value and significance.In this paper,the path optimization of three-head laser cutting is studied,and the function module of CAM software for three-head laser cutting is designed and developed.Firstly,the path optimization problem of three-head laser cutting was described and geometrically expressed.The problem was divided into three head laser cutting collaborative partition problem and intra-partition laser cutting path optimization problem.The mathematical models were established with the optimization objective of minimizing the dynamic cutting time difference of each laser head and the shortest travel distance of the laser head.Secondly,a three-head laser cutting collaborative partitioning algorithm based on time balance is proposed to solve the problem of three-head laser cutting collaborative partitioning.The algorithm for pre-split,combining partitions within the path determined partition to optimize the cutting path,by calculating the laser when the pick-up static static cutting time for pick-up speed,consider pick-up velocity calculated after laser dynamic cutting time,in accordance with the time proportion to adjust area,after many iterations to minimum time difference approximation,The collaborative partition of three laser heads is realized,and the algorithm is verified experimentally.Then,in view of the partition in laser cutting path optimization problem,the model based on the research of genetic algorithm in the traveling salesman problem,first pre select parts contour centroid and the partition breakpoint as a starting point in cutting,in parts cut from right to left and interrupt the breakpoint adjacent under the constraint of the outline of the outline,the shortest distances to empty the itinerary for the optimization goal,Genetic algorithm was used to optimize the laser cutting path within the partition,and the algorithm was verified by experiments.The research group of the author in this paper combined with the actual needs of enterprises,for the enterprise research and development of three-head laser cutting CNC equipment,developed a three-head laser cutting CAM software.After a series of development and debugging,the software has achieved the expected results in the actual use of enterprises.Finally,the thesis is summarized and the future research direction is given. |
