At present,CNC machine tools,as the leading part of the national manufacturing industry,are attracting more and more attention from all walks of life in China.Its highly intelligent and highly automated processing mode is changing the traditional low efficiency machining mode at a rapid speed.However,the existing CNC machine tools are mostly common processing types and CNC machining centers,such as car,milling,boring and grinding.For large and high-speed CNC drilling machines,it is difficult to meet the demand of the market.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a new type of hole processing equipment to replace the old traditional drilling equipment.The large Longmen mobile CNC plane drilling machine is a kind of equipment which uses a new hole processing method.It combines the NC(Numerical Control)technology and computer technology.Through the type and size of the machining holes in the CAD drawings identified by the computer,it can automatically identify,automatically locate and NC machining.It can greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of machining holes.It is also capable of drilling,tapping,reaming,and processing ladder holes,Kong Duan chamfering,wire holes,and long slots.Based on high-speed planar drilling machine(GZC2020),the main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Product function analysis and construction of virtual model library.The function and structure of the product are interacted with each other.This chapter mainly analyzes the composition of the product structure;three conceptual schemes are designed through Rhino fast modeling;the rapid performance of Rhino virtual parts library,the construction of Pro/e parameterized part library and the design of related CAD drawings,and the importance of the virtual parts library in the research and development of new products in detail.At the same timethe work of this chapter is also the basis for optimizing design and assembly animation design the work of this chapter is also the basis for optimizing design and assembly animation design.(2)finite element analysis and structural optimization design of the main bearing member-slide plate.The strength analysis of the slide board is mainly carried out by ANSYS,which proves the rationality and stability of the structural design.In this paper,the key technology of finite element analysis is introduced in detail.In view of the analysis results,the corresponding structural optimization design is designed,that is,lightweight design,and the whole optimization process is described in detail.(3)assembly simulation animation design.Using the virtual parts library established before Rhino,the simulation animation of the whole machine assembly is completed,the process of making the whole animation is described in detail,and the effective auxiliary training means for assembly workers to assemble the product is provided.(4)the development and application of database application.The requirement analysis and feasibility analysis of the program are done for the development of the application program.In this way,the framework of the program's functional modules is constructed,and the collection,sorting and archiving of database data are carried out.The interface design principle,interface design method and code implementation of the application function are described in detail in this paper.(5)the application of the software system.Taking the GZC2020 in this paper as an example,the operation process of each functional module is explained.
