| This paper proposes the four core elements of the talent training program in higher vocational colleges based on China’s vigorous development of vocational education and the promotion of the integration of three industries through the study and research on the theory of production and education integration and professional talent training programs in higher vocational colleges.11 samples of tea talent training programs of 8 higher vocational colleges in 7 provinces,including Zhangzhou College of Science and Technology,were analyzed in depth through case study,on-site investigation,and comparative analysis in this paper.The author did extensive research on the position requirements,curriculum settings and career development ability of tea talents in higher vocational colleges from of industry enterprises,graduate students,and students at school.On this basis,it is concluded that there are four problems in the training program of tea talents in higher vocational colleges in China,that is,the inaccurate positioning of talent training,the lack of standards for target occupational posts,the unreasonable professional curriculum setting,and the insufficient support and guarantee system of talent training.Finally,combined with research results and the sample analysis of the talent training programs,this paper puts forward effective countermeasures for optimizing tea telant training programs in higher vocational colleges.And talent training goal,career position orientation,curriculum system setting and support system construction for tea talents training in higher vocational colleges are proposed based on the core elements of talent training programs,so that the optimized talent training program will integrate education with production,conform to the development of modern vocational education and improve the tea talent training quality in higher vocational colleges.It is hoped that this model could further provide a valuable reference for the optimization and design of other professional training programs of the same type. |
