With the continuous development of intelligent manufacturing,the scale of the molded finishing furniture products industry has expanded rapidly.By the end of2018,the annual output value of the film pressure veneer furniture industry has reached 45 billion yuan.As the most important component of its production process,CNC machining directly affects product quality and cost investment.In this link,the order of the processing tools is not reasonable and the human intervention is too much,which leads to the situation that the quality of the finished products is not up to standard.Moreover,most companies are still in the mode of manual scheduling and single-machine processing,and the level of automation is low.In addition,due to the inconsistency in the cutting operation of small-sized parts,it directly leads to damage and scrapping,which further increases the production time cost and raw material cost of the product.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out research on the key problems existing in the above CNC machining,which can bring greater economic benefits.A multi-constrained tool sorting algorithm based on improved Page Rank algorithm is proposed for the problem of machining defects caused by the unreasonable machining process.The paradox problem of tool sorting is solved.The algorithm consists of basic constraints and conditional constraints.The basic constraints are determined by the machining order of each part.The conditional constraints are determined by the large probability statistics of the tool sorting.The study found that the respective ratios of the basic constraints and the conditional constraints have an impact on the tool sorting results.The reasonable coefficient values are selected through experiments,which greatly reduces the problem of part processing defects.Aiming at the low automation level caused by the single machining of CNC machining center,and combined with the characteristics of the automation hardware device,Designed a CNC production line production software system.including the coding processing module,the hinge hole processing module and the front and back processing modules.Form a complete wired CNC machining system to improve machining efficiency and shorten machining cycle.Aiming at the problem of long moving distance of spindle during processing,a path optimization algorithm based on ant colony algorithm is proposed.By setting the number of iterations,the number of ants and the pheromone,the spindle movement can be determined quickly and effectively.Thus shortening the moving distance and processing time.Aiming at the problem of cutting damage of small-sized parts,a cutting optimization algorithm is proposed.Based on the existing methods,the“secondary cutting” and “priority cutting” of small-sized parts are improved,and the“corner edge” is followed in the “priority cutting” method.The cutting principle of“four kinds of cutting methods” solves the problem of cutting and damage of small-sized parts,reduces the loss of raw materials,and reduces the rework rate of parts.Finally,the optimal coefficient of the basic constraint and the conditional constraint was determined by 1000 knife sequence experiments.The tool path experiment verified that all the 3571 door types were correctly processed.The path optimization algorithm experiment verified the average of 190 work orders.The processing time optimization rate is 6.69%.By cutting the 2783 parts samples,the algorithm reduces the part cutting rate from 1.9% to 0%,which has obvious optimization effect.
