As a large state-owned tobacco enterprise,CD cigarette factory actively fulfills its corporate social responsibility.However,there are some problems due to the imperfect social responsibility management system and insufficient performance to stakeholders,such as low effectivity in the implementation of social responsibility,low participation accomplishment sense of staff recognition and so on.Improving the degree of company social accountability management,in addition enhancing employee’s attention of social responsibility,and altering the public’s negative impression.It has a positive significance to exhibit the duty and accountability of state-owned enterprises.This thesis intends to diagnose the administration of company social accountability in the manufacturing facility via the techniques of literature research,in-depth interview,questionnaire and benchmarking analysis.It has achieved certain results in terms of awareness popularization,economic and environmental responsibility.Nevertheless,it is determined that there are three troubles in the factory: the grasp of company and worker social accountability is no longer comprehensive,the social accountability administration gadget is now not perfect,and the exercise of social duty is insufficient.It is analyzed that the major motives are the low consciousness of enterprise traits and social responsibility,the low consciousness of employees’ social responsibility,the imperfect administration device and the single way of performing responsibilities.These four essential motives are the low consciousness of social responsibility,the imperfect administration device and the single way of performing responsibilities.We must improve the cognitive dimension of company and worker social duty and enhance the administration device of company social responsibility.In addition,it is fundamental to clear and increase the scope of social accountability exercise these three instructions of enchancment to enhance the manufacturing unit company social duty overall performance ability.We subsequently put ahead four-dimensional guard measures to enhance the way of life of company social responsibility,enhance the education device of social duty management,construct a complete data conversation platform,and improve the supervision of social accountability in order to make sure the sustained and advantageous improvement of social responsibility.Finally,summarizes the main conclusions of this thesis.The continuous enchancment of corporate responsibility management is conductive to the operation of humanized administration,enhancing the reputation and spurring the sustainable development of tobacco enterprises at the same time. |
