6.5wt%Si high silicon steel has excellent soft magnetic properties such as low iron loss,high magnetic permeability and near-zero magnetostriction coefficient whic has a broad application prospect in the fields of energy saving and new energy vehicles.However,compared with commom non-oriented silicon steel,the saturation magnetic induction of 6.5wt%Si high silicon steel is lower,and the magnetic induction still needs to be improved.Considering that rare earth in high silicon steel has the functions of purifying molten steel,modifying inclusion,improving microstructure and optimizing texture.Based on five different content of rare earth yttrium(not including rare earths,0.0056 wt % and 0.012 wt %,0.023 wt % and 0.03 wt %)of high silicon steel as the research object,taking the three-step method of rolling out high Fe-6.5 wt % silicon steel sheet was studied for the texture evolution,the influence of different content.Putting forward to promote the nucleation of rare earth high silicon steel shear band organization texture optimization strategy,basically have the following conclusion:(1)The addition of rare earth Y weakens the overall texture strength of the normalized plate.And,it promotes the formation of shear bands for warm and cold rolling.After warm rolled annealing,? texture and {210}<001>,{100}<041>texture and {100}<001>,the texture are greatly enhanced,after cold-rolled annealing,the0.012wt%Y sample is {210}<001>,the ? texture represented by is greatly enhanced.With the increase of Y content,the average grain size of annealed sheets firstly increases and then decreases.bigger than 1.0?m inclusions(2)The number of inclusions in the high silicon steel sheet decreases first and then increases with the increase of RE Y content.The number of less than 0.5?m inclusions decrease gradually,and the number of bigger than 1.0?m inclusions continuously.The 0.012wt%Y sample has the lowest density of inclusion.When the content of rare earth is too high,a large number of rare earth Y inclusions are enriched at the grain boundary,which hinders the grain growth.With the increase of rare earth Y content,the dislocation density of high silicon steel cold-rolled plate first increases and then decreases,the contribution of dislocation slip to plastic deformation decrease,and the shear band deformation mechanism increases.(<001>//RD)texture formation.(3)When the content of rare earth Y is 0.012wt%Y,the finished sheet of high silicon steel has the lowest magnetic anisotropy parameter.The results show that the magnetic inductance of B50 increases first and then decreases.The magnetic inductance of 0.012wt%Y sample is the highest,which reaches 1.6455 T.It is attributed to the enhancement of ? and ? texture and the decrease of ? texture.With the increase of rare earth Y content,the iron loss of the final annealed high-silicon steel plate decreases first and then increases.The component containing 0.012wt%Y has the lowest iron loss due to the effect of texture optimization on hysteresis loss reduction and the effect of grain size and inclusion.The 0.012wt%Y high silicon steel sheet has the best comprehensive magnetic property because of the optimal texture ratio and the lowest inclusion content.
