With the development of modern production to automation,continuous,intelligent and high efficiency,the corresponding production equipment needs to be safe,reliable and continuous operation,and equipment lubrication is one of the key factors affecting the safe,reliable and continuous operation of production equipment.The traditional lubrication method of equipment is completed by manual regular inspection and lubricant filling,which cannot meet the development requirements of "four modernizations" in modern production.With the development of computer technology,equipment lubrication is also toward the direction of automation.At present,there are two forms of automatic lubrication of equipment: centralized automatic lubrication and distributed automatic lubrication.Centralized automatic lubrication is suitable for equipment lubrication occasions where the position of lubrication points is relatively centralized and the lubrication requirements are similar.The lubrication technology of this form is relatively mature.Distributed automatic lubrication is aimed at the equipment of production line and its lubrication points are scattered,the lubrication mechanism and cycle of each lubrication point are different from each other.At present,distributed lubrication equipment,condition monitoring and intelligentization have become research hotspots,but the technology is still not mature enough.In this paper,the distributed automatic lubrication system of tungsten crushing production line equipment is taken as the object to study the automatic lubricator of tungsten crushing equipment and its monitoring technology and system based on the Internet of Things.The main research work and conclusions are as follows.First,the lubrication process and functional requirements of the equipment in the tungsten crushing production line were analyzed,the lubrication categories,lubrication state monitoring and management functions of the equipment in the production line were summarized,and the distributed automatic lubrication monitoring system architecture and overall scheme of the equipment in the tungsten crushing production line based on the Internet of Things were designed.Second,based on tungsten ore crushing production line equipment,analysis of each particular lubrication requirements of equipment lubrication points,including the grease type,the lubrication cycle and oil consumption,put forward according to the lubrication point temperature at the same time,based on fuzzy control theory to correct the lubrication cycle,the strategy,in order to obtain a more suitable lubrication cycle.Third,developed a new type of automatic lubricating device of intelligent terminal characteristics,the automatic lubrication device outside the basic timing quantitative filling of lubricating grease,to add the electricity,yu fat mass and the function of the lubrication point temperature acquisition,and can through GPRS wireless communication module,implementation status information upload and receives the control commands.The mechanical structure of the lubricator is divided into two separable parts,the upper end of the spring connecting baffle extrusion grease bag,the lower end of the controller to drive the motor rotation,through the reduction gear structure,worm gear,connecting rod movement transfer,and finally converted into the reciprocating movement of the plunger pump,to achieve the lubricator liposuction grease injection operation.In terms of software,the function,selection and software implementation process of each functional module are explained,and the software is compiled based on Keil development environment and STM32 firmware library.Fourthly,the upper computer of the lubrication monitoring management system is developed and the interface design is completed,including system login,user password modification,network port,lubricator state monitoring and lubricator information setting window.The network connection of server receiving multiple lubricators was established based on Winsock,and the access database was integrated to save the data.Finally,registration of lubricator ID,deployment location,type of grease used,monitoring of remaining grease amount,remaining electricity,temperature of lubrication point and recent working time of lubricator,as well as setting of lubrication cycle and single lubrication amount of lubricator are realized.
