Well control equipment,which in the oil drilling process can control and process overflow,kick and even blowout,is the essential equipment for pressure control and safe drilling.But in domestic for well control equipment,the management of traditional nameplate identifies and paper-based registration makes the problem device into the well field,resulting in well control runaway drilling accident.And the separate distribution of well control equipment,causes difficulties in device scheduling and long cycle of accident treatment when the accident occurs.Therefore,the well control equipment with integrated remote centralized-monitoring management model,has a high application value for ensuring the well control equipment with high quality and reliable,realizing safe drilling and reducing the risk of drilling accident.At present,overseas through the application of IOT technology achieve a centralized-monitoring and intelligent management of drilling equipment and materials,which provides technical support for the drilling site with high quality and reliable equipment.With the development and completeness of the domestic IOT technology,the domestic oil industry has gradually started to use the Internet of Things for oil supplies monitoring.But for Things centralized-monitoring management of well-control equipment,it has not been provided with a mature and perfect technical system.Therefore,based on extensive research of domestic and foreign oilfield supplies equipment monitoring and management,aiming at the use demand of domestic well-control equipment safe use and timely scheduling,taking the advantages of IOT technology,adopting the RFID technology,and combined with the remote transmission,this paper put forward the integrated remote centralized-monitoring management mode of the well-control equipment,which changed the management mode of traditional nameplate identifies and paper-based registration.Through the research,this paper obtained the following results:1.On the basis of study in well-control equipment and Things technology,this paper aiming at the deficiency in the use and management of domestic well-control equipment,determined a set of well control equipment remote centralized-monitoring management program based on the Internet of Things.2.Data acquisition program of system perception layer was determined,and supporting data acquisition software system of perception layer was developed,which implement the timely collection of well-control equipment data.3.Aiming at the distribution characteristics of well-control device,this paper selected CDMA/GPRS wireless transmission technology and developed supporting transmission software which based on Winsocket network programming interface,which realized the data transfer function of well site and base center.4.Based on SQL Server 2008 database management platform and C#high-level programming language,this paper completed the exploitation of remote centralized-monitoring management software system of well-control equipment.The system has functions of information query,scheduling,inventory management,and inspection and maintenance management of the well-control equipment,and also the management of well site equipment,and so on.It formed a closed-loop centralized monitoring process of which the well-control equipment is from the inspection and maintenance,inventory to the drilling site,and then achieved the purpose of preventing the problem devices emerge drilling site,the timely dispatching of material equipment,centralized monitoring and intelligent management.The remote centralized-monitoring system of well-control equipment developed in this paper,meets the actual demand of the well-control equipment safe use and timely scheduling.The experimental test result show that,the running results of this system is stable and reliable,and it has the ability of field application.
