Research On Financing Risk Management Of Project A In Debao County,Guangxi

Debao County,Guangxi is located in the border area of Guangxi,and the level of economic development is relatively backward.The smooth implementation of industrial projects will help stimulate local economic development.With the continuous development and expansion of industrial projects,the demand for social funds by industrial operators has gradually increased.In the process of financing by industrial business entities,failure to effectively analyze the potential financing risks of the project will affect the smooth development of project financing in the later stage,resulting in project financing failure,which is not conducive to the good development of the project.The research in this article will help the project leader to more effectively analyze the financing risks of the project and strengthen the management of project financing risks.The thesis first reviews the domestic and foreign literature on financing risk definitions,financing risk manifestations,financing risk evaluation methods,etc.,and combs financing risk,comprehensive risk management theory,financing risk analysis and evaluation,financing risk prevention and other related concepts and theories.Second,the thesis takes the A project in Debao County,Guangxi as a research case,and conducts a multi-dimensional comprehensive analysis of the project through PEST-SWOT analysis.The main problems found are the threats and risks of the project in terms of external social environment,social responsibility awareness,project technical safety,project operation stability,shareholders’ expectations of project market returns,and project construction cost control.Third,the thesis analyzes the causes of each financing risk in detail,establishes a list of financing risks for the project,and combines the principles of risk evaluation index system construction to build a project financing risk evaluation index system in Debao County,Guangxi.At the same time,in order to obtain the project financing risk evaluation data,experts related to the project financing were invited to conduct structured interviews,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to quantitatively evaluate the project financing risk.Finally,based on the project financing risk assessment results,using risk prevention theory,proposed financing risk control measures for the project.The research conclusions of the paper are:(1)The risk management objective of the Project A in Debao County,Guangxi is set to reduce the financing risk of the project in the financing process to an acceptable level,while at the same time providing reasonable guarantees for achieving the objectives.The priority risk items identified in the paper are policy risks and financial risks in systemic risks;expected return risks in non-systematic risks,production and construction risks,and operational risks.Other minor risk items have a relatively small degree of risk impact.Let me explain the key points again.(2)The paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the financing risk.The result of the risk evaluation shows that the current financing risk of the project is in a medium financing risk state.The results show that the project financing risk is of medium type,which means that the project as a whole has a certain financing risk,and the project leader must take corresponding measures to effectively prevent and control project financing risks.(3)The risk response measures proposed in the thesis include:the project implementer can conduct risk management and control in terms of paying attention to the latest changes in policies,signing electrolytic aluminum sales contracts,improving the project budget system,and providing technical training and guidance to employees.The thesis hopes to be a source of reference for financing risk management of other similar industrial projects in my country.
