It is very important to measure the temperature of the hand mold on the production line in the nitrile glove workshop for the whole production process,in general,manual hand-held infrared temperature measuring gun is used for sampling inspection.This method has some disadvantages,such as low work efficiency,high temperature measurement accuracy affected by human factors and so on,high speed temperature measuring device is not popular in small and medium-sized enterprises because of its high price.The non-contact on-line automatic temperature measurement device based on single chip microcomputer is dedicated to the development of a cost-effective,on-line,automatic and accurate temperature measurement device,it can alleviate the problem of temperature measurement in glove workshop,and improve the economic benefit of the enterprise.The non-contact on-line automatic temperature measuring device based on MCU mainly includes temperature measuring device and upper computer monitoring system,the temperature measurement device is a mechatronics control system,using STM32F407ZGT6 microcontroller as the control core of the temperature measurement device,KEIL development environment and standard library function,complete the temperature measurement device program algorithm.The mechanical structure adopts stepping motor,reducer and shaft transmission,and tracks the mobile hand mold through precise positioning and speed regulation,the stepping motor is driven by gear and rack,during the rotation of the temperature measuring device,the temperature measuring distance between the infrared temperature sensor and the hand mold is adjusted to ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement.The function of power failure detection and data saving is added to improve the performance of the temperature measuring device.The OV2640 camera module collects the image of the production line and displays it on the LCD screen,in the program,the production line image stored in the memory is processed by format conversion,color recognition,corrosion and other algorithms,Start temperature acquisition and AD conversion,according to the position of the hand model center coordinate in the camera probe,the stepping motor is controlled to coordinate the movement,and the tracking hand model stops after a period of time,the digital value of hand mold temperature collected and converted during tracking is calculated and displayed on the display screen,through RS485 interface and Modbus protocol,the digital value of hand model temperature is communicated to the upper computer monitoring system to display the real-time curve of hand model temperature and save the temperature history data,it is convenient for the operator to check and control the temperature of the hand mold in time,and return to the original position after a temperature measurement cycle,waiting for the arrival of the next hand mold.This paper introduces the research background and the development status at home and abroad of the subject,and describes in detail the mechanical structure design,hardware circuit design and construction,software programming of recognition and processing of hand model image on the production line,and the design of upper computer monitoring system,finally,the software and hardware of the whole temperature measurement device are debugged.The results show that the temperature measurement device runs well and basically meets the functional requirements.
