The braking system of the belt conveyor is an important part of the belt conveyor.It participates in the safety braking and parking braking of the belt conveyor in the coal mine safety production to provide the safety production conditions.With the rapid development of industrial technology and the improvement of safety consciousness,the braking system of belt conveyor under braking performance demand is higher and higher,the new rules in the new standard are puts forward higher requirements on safety brake system,constant deceleration braking safety as the most important function of the braking system,the existing problems received extensive attention of scholars and experts.In view of the defects and deficiencies of the current soft brake control system design,in-depth analysis and summary of experience,combined with the new standards of the design of soft brake hydraulic station.It reduces the risk of brake failure and improves the reliability of the hydraulic control system.In the aspect of hardware and software control,choose the PLC as the controller of the electronic control scheme,and the software framework is analyzed and designed.For the performance of soft braking,the adaptive control of the downward-moving belt conveyor is carried out by using the algorithm of PID tuning based on genetic algorithm.Due to the high difficulty in the realization of the experiment,the key components of the hydraulic system are simulated and analyzed by using AMESim simulation software and virtual simulation technology.Based on Matlab and AMESim,a joint simulation test bed for constant deceleration braking system of the downmoving belt conveyor was built to simulate the safety braking process of the downmoving belt conveyor.The control effect of solenoid servo valve on braking in constant deceleration safety braking process is analyzed.Through the changing trend of deceleration,it is verified that the hydraulic soft braking control system can meet the requirements of safe braking of the down belt conveyor,and the braking effect is good.The thesis has 47 figures,16 tables and 74 references.
