The spontaneous combustion of the floating coal in the goaf will make the mining process impossible,which will lead to the burning of mining equipment,so that more coal cannot be mined,and fire and explosion will occur in severe cases,which will eventually lead to serious casualties and asset losses.Based on the above factors,it is very necessary to strengthen the research on the low-temperature oxidation law of coal,especially the research on the oxidation law of coal in the goaf.In this paper,fresh coal samples were collected at the 8503 working face of Yaoqiao Coal Mine.First,determine the oxygen absorption capacity,initial temperature and heat release of the selected sample,and then obtain its oxidation heat release performance.Secondly,construct the theoretical model of the coal spontaneous combustion stage of the working face,and calculate the actual value of the spontaneous combustion cycle of the coal remaining in the goaf under the current mining conditions.Subsequently,oxidation experiments were carried out on the prepared samples to explore the influence mechanism of temperature on the release of CO and other gases during the experiment,and then obtain the predicted index gas and system of the earlier stage of spontaneous combustion.Subsequently,the thermal conductivity of the sample was analyzed,and the difference between the thermal conductivity of fresh and oxidized coal was compared to obtain the low-temperature oxidation mechanism of 8 coal.Set up multiple temperature measurement sensors on the 8503 working face to analyze the oxidation state of the leftover coal in the goaf in real time,and then obtain the size of the "three zones" of the oxidation of the leftover coal in the area,and construct the leftover coal based on the results of the test.Dynamic model of oxidation.Finally,according to the actual value of the ignition period obtained by the relevant analysis,the influence mechanism of the coal mining speed on the spontaneous combustion of the leftover coal in the goaf is discussed,and the appropriate advance speed of the working face is selected and reasonable fire fighting measures?This paper has 30 figures,16 tables,59 references.
