For a long time in the future,coal production will continue to provide an important guarantee for China's energy security,which is of great strategic significance to China's economic development.However,there are many problems in the current information management of coal mine construction projects,such as inaccurate expression of design information,isolated information island,information defect,and untimely transmission,which limit the further improvement of the overall benefits of coal mine construction projects.Therefore,this paper attempts to apply BIM information management technology to other coal mine construction projects.First of all,this paper analyzes the characteristics of coal mine construction project information and the problems existing in the management,draws up the interview outline related to coal mine construction project information management,and interviews the designers and construction managers.Based on the grounded theory,this paper studies the interview text,and concludes that the information management needs of coal mine construction project are three-dimensional collaborative design needs,construction collaborative management needs,data management needs,and information management system needs,which provides direction guidance for further research on how to apply BIM to collaborative management of information in the design and construction stage of coal mine construction project.Secondly,this paper studies the design information collaborative management of coal mine construction project based on BIM.EBS and WBS are used to decompose the coal mine construction project into four levels,and then combined with the results of model decomposition,the BIM model coding system of five levels is constructed,and the fineness grade requirements of coal mine construction project BIM model in different implementation stages are clarified,which lays the foundation for the construction of coal mine construction project BIM model.After building the model,the paper further studies the application of Bim in coal mine construction project design work collaboration and design information collaboration.Thirdly,this paper studies the construction information collaborative management of coal mine construction project based on BIM.Based on cloud BIM Technology,the framework of coal mine construction project information collaborative management platform is constructed,and the specific application of Bim in coal mine construction project construction information management is analyzed,so as to realize online collaborative management and control of project data and collaborative sharing of construction information among participating units.Then it analyzes the principles,management mode and management process of Information Collaborative Management Based on BIM,and constructs the information collaborative management system of coal mine construction engineering based on BIM from three aspects of policy standards,talent guarantee and BIM application driven by construction units.Finally,this paper applies the research results to a coal mine reconstruction and expansion project a for empirical research.Project a is led by the construction unit to customize the coal mine construction project information collaborative management platform,and BIM consulting unit constructs the project BIM model and applies it to the construction information management of the project,which has achieved good benefits in the project.58 Figures,26 tables,114 references are included.
