With the increase of mining depth and the subsidence of deep topsoil,shaft is subjected to ever-increasing pressure,which aggravates the risk of shaft deformation.As an important part of mine shaft,vertical shaft is the only channel to lift coal,whose deformation and destruction will directly cause rigid guide deterioration.The deterioration of rigid guide poses a huge threat to the safety improvement of the mine.However,most of the current studies are carried out on the shaft and the guide respectively,and the correlation between the shaft distortion and guide deterioration has not been studied yet.Actually,the existing detection method of guide deterioration is simpler and more convenient than the detection method of shaft distortion and does not affect mining production.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value for ensuring safety operation to explore the correlation between shaft distortion and guide deterioration and indirectly analyze the condition of shaft distortion through the detection of guide deterioration.This paper,taking the vertical shaft experiment platform which is designed and built as the research object,focuses on the research of the correlation between shaft distortion and guide deterioration.First of all,this paper takes the vertical shaft in the deep topsoil mining area as the engineering background and analyzes the deformation mechanism of the shaft in this deep topsoil mining area.Through the detailed analysis of force situation of vertical shaft in this kind of mining area,it is concluded that the additional force is the main cause of deep topsoil shaft deformation.According to such analysis and the research content of this paper,a vertical shaft experiment platform is set up and then the composition and working principle of shaft experiment platform are introduced.Secondly,based on existing shaft and guide detection methods,this paper designs a set of data acquisition unit which is mainly responsible for collecting shaft distortion data and guide degradation data.Meanwhile,the research and design process of this data acquisition device is explained in detail,including the structure design of the data acquisition device,the hardware design and the software design of the control system.Then,according to the needs of gray correlation analysis,the data of shaft distortion and guide deterioration collected by Lab Jack are extracted and imported into MATLAB for data preprocessing,and the degree of shaft distortion and guide deterioration are quantitatively described so as to obtain the reference data column and comparison data column of gray correlation analysis.Finally,this paper analyzes the advantages of gray correlation in the analysis of typical gray systems such as shaft distortion and guide deterioration.The reference data column and the comparison data column are imported into the Matlab grey correlation analysis algorithm.Then through the grey correlation analysis,the sequence of correlation degree between the representative factors of shaft distortion and the representative factors of guide deterioration is obtained,and the feasibility of judging the shaft distortion by guide deterioration is illustrated according to the sequence of correlation degree.The paper has 56 pictures,24 tables,and 88 references.
