With the development of coal mine machinery, much more attention is paid to the safety and efficient operation for the vertical shaft hoisting system. The ride of the rigid guide’s guidance system is the main factor to restrict the improving the system efficiency, it got attention the peer experts at home and abroad. The whole structure complexity of the vertical shaft hoisting system should be considered. Based on the research of guidance system’s ride. The whole structure of the system simulation with different key factors are simulated and analyzed since its complexity has lead to the mutual coupling of the various performance factors. This study we mainly research on the following aspects based on the ride and dynamics.1. In this study the vertical vibration system dynamic model is established, and its main contents are friction wheel, wire rope and hoist vessel. This model is a linear multi degree of freedom time-frequency linear system. It got the numerical solution of the series of instantaneous time invariant system by dispersing the model into numerical analysis, and then analyze it by combining with the specific condition of a mine.2. The typical fault incentive the guide equipment’s information is analyzed who affects the vertical shaft guide’s ride. And the dynamic model of the rigid guide is set up by breaking up the guide quality into the surface quality, the badness of the joints and the insufficient stiffness. This article takes several typical excitation signals into consideration which has important influence on the simulation analysis.3. In this paper, guide rollers are optimized as the key parts of ride by modeling from two aspects of statics and dynamics. Statics modeling got its overall stiffness of the non-linear curve. Two degrees-freedom dynamics model of guide rollers is established in order to the problem of dynamic stiffness and natural frequency. Simulating and analyzing the general stochastic signal which reflected the characteristics of the guide surface, Optimization is used to rollers’materials and structure.According to the dynamic model and simulation analysis, we are clear about the various factors on the ride of the influence degree for rigid guide’s guidance system. And this study provides a method for the prevention and control of these factors. The mathematics model used in this paper is suitable for the reality and it would be further promotion and application.
