| CNC machine tool is the mother machine of the manufacturing industry,is a set of electromechanical hydraulic control as one of the complex products,domestic CNC machine tool industry is mainly low-end machine tool products,CNC machine tool is not high quality is restricted to the high-end CNC machine tool of the main technical barriers.There are many problems in quality analysis of CNC machine tools,such as multidisciplinary crossing,large quantity of quality characteristics and complex relationship,which make it difficult to carry out fine control.Meta-action unit is the smallest motor units of CNC machine tools,the analysis of particle size is moderate and are independent of each other,its quality and can directly reflect the numerical control machine tool machine function and performance,the quality is by characterizing the quality characteristics,so the quality of meta-action unit features accurate control can effectively solve the problem of difficult control of CNC machine tool quality,has important engineering significance.Therefore,this paper takes the meta-action unit of CNC machine tool FMA decomposition as the research object,and carries out the research on the quality characteristic control technology of meta-action unit.The paper includes the following aspects.(1)Analysis of quality characteristics of meta-action unit.Firstly,the definition and structure of meta-action unit are introduced in detail.Then the quality characteristics of meta-action unit are defined and classified,and the forming process of meta-action unit quality characteristics is analyzed.Combined with causality diagram,the 5M1 E influencing factors of the quality characteristic fluctuation of the unit action unit are analyzed,and the standardized treatment method of the influencing factors is given.Finally,the quality characteristic control framework of meta-action unit is given.(2)Research on identification technology of key quality characteristics of meta-action unit.It faces the problems of unclear classification of quality characteristics of meta-action unit and inaccurate identification of key quality characteristics.Firstly,the meta-action unit is divided into three scales: macro level,meso level and micro level,and its quality characteristic hierarchical model is given,and a relatively complete meta-action unit quality characteristic hierarchical set is given.Then,combined with EAHP,information entropy and fuzzy Borda method,a comprehensive identification method of key quality characteristics is proposed.An example of gear rotation element action unit is analyzed,and the results show that the method can effectively avoid the influence of subjective evaluation and improve the accuracy of identification results.(3)Research on the extraction and control of the main influencing factors of the key quality characteristics of the meta-action unit.Firstly,starting from the formation process of quality characteristic fluctuation of meta-action unit,a transfer model of process quality characteristic fluctuation was established,and a multi-process and multi-process quality characteristic fluctuation model of meta-action unit was established.Secondly,the main influencing factors extraction method combining Bootstrap resampling and partial least squares regression analysis(PLSR)is presented to solve the problem of small sample data and model multicollinearity.The main influencing factors are obtained.Then the main influencing factors of the key quality characteristics of the meta-action unit are established.Finally,the effectiveness and rationality of the method are verified by analyzing the key quality characteristics of the gear rotation element action unit,and the effective control measures are given. |
