Steel/Al clad plate has the excellent properties of both Steel and Al,which has become an important direction in the development of composite materials.In this paper,the Steel/Al clad plate was prepared by rolling process.Due to the great difference between the properties of Steel and Al,the clad plate after rolling presents different degrees of warpage,which seriously affects the performance of the clad plate.In order to prepare Steel/Al clad plate with good flatness,the warpage variation law of clad plate after rolling was discussed by means of numerical simulation and experimental research.Firstly,the finite element software ABAQUS is used to model the rolled Steel/Al clad plate to simulate the rolling process of bimetal clad plate.The most important thing is to deal with the contact problem of bimetal contact interface.FRIC subroutine is used to define the properties of bimetallic contact interface in rolling process.The initial criterion of bimetallic recombination is the adhesion contact state in rolling area.The contact state of the adhesion area will not change after the rolled piece is out of rolling area.The model realizes the process of bimetal rolling from separation to recombination.The rolling process of the same metal and different metal is simulated numerically.The distribution of rolling direction stress,normal stress,shear stress and profile warpage of Al/Al clad plate and Steel/Al clad plate were compared.The main factors affecting the warpage of the rolled bimetal clad plate are analyzed,which provides the analysis direction for the subsequent warpage of the plate under different process conditions.The rolling process of Steel/Al clad plate under the conditions of reduction rate,thickness ratio,rolling speed,friction factor,asynchronous rolling and different driving modes of roll are simulated respectively.The warping situation of composite plate after rolling under single variable condition is compared,and the reasons influencing deformation coordination are analyzed,and the change trend of the warping degree of sheet shape is obtained under various rolling conditions,It has a guiding significance for the experimental preparation of bimetallic composite plate.Finally,under the same process conditions,the Steel/Al clad plate was prepared by two roll rolling machine,and the warpage measurement and peeling test were carried out to verify the correctness of the numerical simulation results,and the influence of deformation coordination of bimetal composite plate on its interface bonding strength was analyzed...
