Research And Application Of Inventory Management Technology For Small Discrete Manufacturing Enterprises

Inventory management is the key factor for enterprises to operate well.With the acceleration of "intelligent manufacturing" process,more and more enterprises begin to introduce inventory management system to improve their management level.However,due to the current popular information management software on the market has high flow and normative characteristics,it is difficult to play a role in small discrete enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop an inventory management system for small discrete enterprises based on advanced inventory management technology.Based on the status quo of a certain steel art group in Jiangxi,this article conducts in-depth research.Through investigation,it analyzes the problems of enterprise inventory management and optimizes the inventory management process;Established the business model of the inventory management system using UML use case diagrams;According to the material characteristics of the prototype company,the material coding rules are designed;Through the study of inventory control methods,the material classification management strategy is proposed,and the materials are classified according to multiple parameters;The optimization and application of material control strategy are realized.The important raw materials are purchased in batches according to the product demand list,and the secondary raw materials are purchased in the way of regular ordering;Improve the original procurement process and realize the supervision of purchased materials;According to the requirements of software engineering,the system is designed and developed.It has realized the functions of basic data management,material purchase management,material storage and exit management,inventory business management,ledger analysis,inventory early warning and user management of the inventory management system.The inventory management system studied in this paper has been put into use initially.According to the feedback of a steel group in Jiangxi Province,it is found that the inventory management has realized informatization.Through the system cooperation,all departments standardize the business process of inventory management,realize the real-time update of material data,reduce the inventory cost,realize the procurement supervision,and improve the management efficiency.Based on the prototype enterprise,this study provides a reference for the research and application of inventory management technology in small discrete enterprises.
