In this paper,the effects of calcination parameters and colorant content on crystal structure type,chromaticity change rule and visible light absorption of inorganic pigment were optimized and studied by means of DSC,XRD,chromaticity meter and UV-Vis photometer.The effects of different content of inorganic pigment on the characteristic temperature and crystallization characteristics of secondary pigment were studied by means of DSC and XRD.The influence of inorganic pigment content and sintering temperature on the Wettability and fluidity of secondary pigment was studied by button experiment.With the help of rotary rheometer,the influence of different content of inorganic pigment on the viscosity of inks were studied.The influence of different content of inorganic pigment and the sintering temperature on chromaticity and corrosion resistance of glass inks were analyzed by chromatimeter and scanning electron microscope.The main research results are as follows:1.The thermal analysis curves and diffraction patterns of blue Zr1-xVxSiO4,red YAl1-xCrxO3,yellow Y2-xTbxWO6at different temperatures and holding times were determined.The temperature rising curves of the three inorganic pigment were optimized,and a suitable calcination process was obtained.The red pigment was heated from room temperature to 600?at a rate of 4?/min for 30min,then to 800?at a rate of 4?/min for30min,and then to 1200?at a rate of 6?/min for 2h.The blue pigment was heated from room temperature to 500?at a rate of 4?/min for 30min,and then heated to 1000?at a rate of 6?/min for 1h.The yellow pigment rose from room temperature to 600? at a heating rate of 6?/min for 30min,then to 800?at a heating rate of 4?/min for 30min,and then to 1200?at a heating rate of 6?/min for 5h.2.The influence of colorant content on crystal structure,chroma and absorption of visible light spectrum of inorganic pigment was investigated,and the influence of different colorant content on crystal structure,chroma change and absorption spectrum was analyzed.The red chromaticity value a*of the red colorant increases first and then decreases with the increase of the content of the colorant Cr2O3.When the molar ratio is YAl0.95Cr0.05O3,the aximum value of red pigment a*is 22.77,and the crystal type is YAl O3.At this time,L*,a*and b*are 52.90,22.77 and 14.57 respectively.With the increase of colorant NH4VO3 content,the absolute value of blue chromaticity-b*of blue colorant firstly increases and then decreases.When the molar ratio of composition is Zr0.85V0.15SiO4,the absolute value of blue chroma value-b*reaches the maximum value of 19.58,and the crystal type is still Zr SiO4.At this time,L*,a*and b*are 73.41,-13.52 and-19.58 respectively.With the increase of colorant Tb4O7content,the yellow chromaticity b*of the yellow hue firstly increased and then decreased.When the molar ratio is Y1.2Tb0.8WO6,the maximum yellow chroma b*is 18.40,and the crystal type remains Y2WO6without any change.The L*,a*and b*at this time are 90.44,-3.43 and 18.40 respectively.In addition,the absorption intensity of the corresponding supplementary light by the visible light absorption map increased first and then decreased with the addition of colorant,which was consistent with the change rule of the corresponding chromaticity value.3.The glass-transition temperatur and softening temperature of the bismuth glass powder and secondary pigment was compared and analyzed,and the particle size distribution of the secondaryigment was determined.The median particle sizes of red,blue and yellow secondary pigment after 24h ball milling are 0.4598?m,0.3713?m and 0.5200?m.Compared with the softening temperature of bismuth glass powder,the softening temperature of the red secondary pigment increased slightly;the softening temperature of the blue secondary pigment is constant,The softening temperature of yellow secondary pigment increased with the color content raised.4.The effect of inorganic pigment content on the viscosity of bismuth-based glass ink was studied.In three kinds of color ink viscosity analysis found that with the increase of inorganic pigment content,viscosity gradually decreased.In the range of four groups of bismuth glass inks prepared,the viscosity of the red bismuth-based glass ink is between5.70-4.82Pa·s,The viscosity of the blue bismuth-based glass ink is between 4.32-3.29Pa·s,and the viscosity of the yellow bismuth-based glass ink is between 5.93-4.64Pa·s.5.The effect of different inorganic pigment content and temperature on the chroma of bismuth based glass ink was studied.In glass inks at 620?,the red hue a*increases with the increase of the red pigment content.with the increase of blue pigment content,the green chroma-a*increases,indicating that the blue and yellow hue±b*gradually changes from negative value to positive value of yellow,the yellow hue b*increases with the increase of yellow inorganic pigment.When the content of inorganic pigment is certain,the value of red chromaticity a*tends to decrease with the increase of sintering temperature.the absolute value of green chromaticity-a*and blue chromaticity-b*gradually increases and the yellow hue b*increases.6.The effect of sintering temperature on the surface morphology and corrosion resistance was investigated.The softening temperature of the blue secondary pigment is exactly the same as that of the glass powder.The softening temperature of the red secondary pigmen is slightly higher,and the softening temperature of the yellow secondary pigmen is significantly higher.In this paper,the three glass inks all at 600,620,640,660?,the corrosion resistance of the blue glass ink is better;the alkaline resistance of the red glass ink is better and the acid resisteance is better at 640?;the corrosion resistance of yellow glass ink is Slightly worse,but it can also be seen that with the temperature increases,corrosion resistance has an increased trend.
