| In 2025,my country will turn from a big manufacturing country to a strong manufacturing country.Under this strategic goal,traditional injection molding factories urgently need to complete industrial upgrading and find new economic growth points.At the same time,with the continuous development of industrial Internet,artificial intelligence and Internet of Things technologies,the construction of smart factories has quietly risen.The development of smart factories will provide a strong impetus for the transformation of injection molding factories,promote enterprise upgrading and transformation,and promote enterprises to generate considerable economic benefits.The development of smart factories will provide a strong impetus for the transformation of injection molding factories,promote the upgrading and transformation of enterprises,and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Promote enterprises to produce considerable economic benefits.In the intelligent construction of injection molding factories,product defect detection is an important research content.However,there are still many injection molding factories that rely heavily on manual operations in the product defect detection link.The level of automation of the defect detection link is not high,and the work efficiency is low.It also increases labor costs and the risk of occupational diseases for practitioners caused by times.On the other hand,although numerous defect detection systems have emerged,most of these systems are deployed independently,which results in poor scalability and low integration.In addition,the occurrence of defects is closely related to the production parameters.However,in the current production environment,the parameter tuning of the injection molding machine relies on manual labor,and the single-machine deployment system has a single function.It cannot form a closed loop of information from production to detection to parameter tuning.Reliable data provides reference for parameter tuning.This is not conducive to the connection of information,and the degree of informatization is low.This paper has conducted a lot of research and investigation work on the related components and technologies of the defect detection system design and development.After analyzing the shortcomings of the current defect detection system,according to the needs of injection product defect detection in the intelligent construction of injection molding factories,the final design and realization Defect monitoring system prototype and deployment test.The main tasks of this paper are:(1)According to the process parameters such as temperature and pressure in the production process of the injection molding machine,and the production time of each link,information such as the production time of each link is collected,and the production status of the equipment is monitored in real time to realize the production process monitoring.(2)Aiming at common defects such as lack of glue,bubbles,scratches,and pollution caused by production parameters of injection products,the SVM-based machine vision inspection module is used to complete the defect identification of injection products.At the same time,the integration of defect detection and equipment monitoring improves the scalability of the defect monitoring system deployed on a single machine and enhances the level of factory informatization.(3)The production parameters and defect pictures are persisted through the database system.At the same time,through data visualization technology,the production parameters and defects are displayed to users to realize the visualization of the production process. |
