Powder molding machine is one of the important equipments in the powder metallurgy process.It is an important equipment for rapid prototyping of small and medium-sized parts.The ultra-large powder molding machine can press complex parts with multi-block.The molding process is more cumbersome,and the cumbersome pressing process also leads to The molding quality is uneven,and it is urgent to carry out intelligent monitoring of the molding process of the powder molding machine to realize real-time monitoring and quality warning of the powder molding machine.Firstly,through the analyses of the system structure and working principle of the ultra-large powder molding machine,monitoring requirements of the system is put forward,and the overall scheme design of the system completes.Secondly,in order to realize the real-time monitoring of the powder molding machine,according to the characteristics of the data of the powder molding machine,a new data-sensitive adaptive ASDT compression algorithm is designed,which is used to compres the data in molding process.The prediction of the state parameters of the molding machine based on time series is established.The parameter quality normalization mechanism is established by the parameter normalization method.Thirdly,based on the STM32 microprocessor.The data acquisition system is designed.The modular design is used to complete the software and hardware design of analog signal acquisition,data communication,data compression and network transmission.Finally,the real-time monitoring platform of powder molding machine based on C#.NET platform is completed.For data storage and migration problem in the monitoring process,the heterogeneous data storage strategy is designed in a targeted manner.Monitor platform comply the functions of real-time monitoring of powder molding machine data,powder molding process database,remote control,and molding quality warning.The intelligent monitoring system of the powder molding machine is finally debugged and operated on the HPP8500 P powder molding machine.The result shows that the system achieves the predetermined design indicators.The function of real-time monitoring and molding quality failure warning is realized.
