The binding rubber ring is a kind of binding consumable,which is widely used in the binding of loose-leaf books.In the production process of binding aprons,the most important link is the forming of thermoplastic aprons.At present,this link is still dominated by manual operation.This production method is not only inefficient but also consistent in product quality.With the rise of labor costs and the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,more and more labor-intensive industries have begun to introduce automation equipment to replace manual production,and the binding industry is one of them.Aiming at the problems in the production of binding aprons,this paper designs an embedded control system of non-standard automation equipment,which is used to realize the automatic production of binding aprons in the round forming.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Study the process flow of binding rubber ring rolling,clarify the working principle of each actuator and the technical requirements in the production process,analyze the control requirements of each actuator,and put forward the corresponding driving scheme,and put forward the overall plan of the control system of the automatic binding apron coiling machine.(2)A three-level ladder structure is adopted to divide the entire control system into an interactive level,a control level,and an execution level,and data communication is carried out between each level through a serial communication bus.Corresponding hardware modules are designed according to different levels,including HMI modules for human-computer interaction,real-time control modules for production process control and motor drive,and I/O control modules for output control and input detection.According to the functional requirements of each module,the corresponding software program is designed,including the man-machine interface design of the interaction layer to realize the control of the equipment;the motor acceleration and deceleration algorithm of the control layer,and the control program design of the process flow;the output control of the execution layer program design;communication program design between all levels.(3)After the control system design is completed,build a control system test platform to test each part of the control system,including a human-computer interface test,a functional test of the actuator,and a communication test.After the control system test is completed,the whole machine is assembled and debugged.After the debugging is completed,the aprons produced by the automatic coiling machine and the aprons produced manually are compared and analyzed.After testing and verification,the automatic binding rubber ring coiling machine can realize automatic production,and its control system has high stability and reliability.After comparative analysis,the equipment has higher production efficiency,better consistency in the quality of the aprons produced,and higher economic benefits and practical application value.At present,the equipment has been put into use in a factory in Shaoxing.
