With the improvement of living standards,consumers have higher and higher levels of pursuit of the beauty of printed textiles.In addition to practical and beautiful colors,they also pay attention to novel and changeable styles.They are no longer limited to the static color of traditional printing.The emergence of optically variable pigments can change printing patterns from "static" to "moving",providing textiles,dyeing and finishing workers with innovative opportunities to realize novel textile printing.However,there are still many problems when applying optically variable pigments to textiles by printing.For example,optically variable pigments are expensive,and the lack of chromatogram leads to high cost of photochromic printing products and low color tone.At the same time,photochromic printing is very important.When applied to velvet fabrics,it has a greater impact on the color fastness and feel of velvet fabrics.There is also a lack of relevant research on the color rendering effect and changing laws of multi-tone fabrics.In response to these problems,this thesis firstly studied the characteristics of optically variable pigments,clarified the color-changing characteristics of Mc series optically variable pigments under ultraviolet-visible light,and optimized the printing process of optically variable pigments;secondly,studied the effect of disperse dyes on optically variable pigments.The adjustment function and law of color tone broadened the color spectrum of photochromic printed fabrics,and systematically carried out research on disperse dye/photochromic pigment printing and color fastness improvement process,and developed high color fastness,soft hand feeling and Photochromic printed fabric with rich colors.First of all,through the research on the discoloration effect and process,discoloration sensitivity,fatigue resistance,and heat stability of optically variable pigments,the color-changing characteristics of optically variable pigments under ultraviolet-visible light are clarified.The results show that: 5 used in the study The color change effect of the light variable pigment is obvious,and the heat resistance stability is good;the light response color change sensitivity and fatigue resistance of the 5 light variable pigments are also good overall,but there are differences: Among them,the Mc29# blue light response time is the shortest,which is 4.44 s,the red light response time of Mc19# is the longest,20.65 s;5 optically variable pigments still have a color changing effect after being continuously irradiated by the UV lamp for 75 h,of which the blue light response time of Mc19# is still the shortest,12.10 s,The red light response time of Mc19# is still the longest,28.31 s;the Mc series optically variable pigments are heated at 200 ? for 30 minutes,and their color development,decolorization time,vividness and color are not affected,and they still have good results.The photochromic effect indicates that the thermal stability is better.Secondly,the optical variable pigment printing process was studied.Screened and clarified that the binder with excellent performance and suitable for optical variable pigment printing is a combination of TF-321 G and TF-3201 S,and the mass ratio is 4:2;the amount of binder and thickener TF-The amount of 321 F and the effect of the baking process on the printing performance,the optimized process is: the amount of optically variable pigment is 6wt%,the amount of binder is 6wt%,the amount of thickener TF-321 F is 1.2wt%,and the amount of TF-321 F is 160% after printing.After baking for 3min at ?,the obtained photochromic printed fabric has a dry rubbing color fastness of2?3,wet rubbing color fastness of 2,and a hand feeling score n of 4.05.The hand feeling is good,but the color fastness is 2?3.The fastness needs to be further improved.Then,based on the cognition of the three elements of color,which is the basis of color construction,disperse dyes of different color systems are selected to study the color adjustment of optically variable pigments.From the study of single disperse dye base color and dosage on multi-tone control,the following law is drawn: under the regulation of ultraviolet light,the color tone of the fabric after discoloration depends on the shade of the photochromic pigment,and with the increase of the single disperse dye dosage,the fabric discolors When the corresponding photochromic pigment color light gradually decreases,the color change effect is weakened;under the control of visible light,the color of the fabric depends on the color light of the disperse dye and with the increase of the single disperse dye dosage,the L(lightness)of disperse red FB and disperse yellow HA-2RW)Value gradually decreases,C(purity,vividness)value increases,H(hue)value decreases,the L value of Disperse Blue E-4R gradually decreases,the C value increases,and the H value increases.From the study of the control of the two disperse dye base colors on the multi-tone control,it is concluded that the maximum absorption wavelength of the fabric changes after the color changes,the K/S value increases,the L value decreases,and the change of the C value depends on the two disperse dye base colors The H value of each combination has the biggest difference with or without UV light.Finally,based on the optimization of the optically variable pigment printing process,the disperse dye/optically variable pigment printing and color fastness improvement process were studied.The color fastness and hand feeling score n were tested and analyzed to determine the best Appropriate craftsmanship.The same-size printing process is: the amount of optically variable pigment is 6wt%,the amount of disperse dye is 0.02wt%,the amount of thickener TF-321 F is 1.2wt%,the amount of binder is 6wt%,the baking temperature is 170 ?,and the baking temperature is 170 ?.The drying time is 4 min;the color fastness improvement process is: wet rubbing fastness enhancer UP-W 15 g/L,two dipping and two rolling,and baking at 140 ? for90 s.The color fastness to dry rubbing is grade 4,the color fastness to wet rubbing is grade 3?4,the color fastness to soaping is grade 4?5,the hand feeling score n is 4.30,and the hand feeling is good.
