Oil and natural gas are important strategic materials to protect the national economy and security.In the future,the development of offshore oil and gas will become increasingly important in China's national industrial system and national energy security strategy.In the design of offshore drilling platforms,the overall design is a critical and complex issue.The overall design has many factors to consider,and various professional performances must be taken into consideration.In the actual design,a "strong experience-weak theory" and a spiral upward characteristic have been formed.At the same time,offshore drilling platforms can be designed into different structural types.These characteristics make the evaluation indicators of offshore drilling platform programs polymorphic and vague.It is difficult to adopt a simple method to accurately select the best plan or to judge a plan.Good or bad.Therefore,it is necessary to build a set of scientific and rational,qualitative and quantitative offshore drilling platform design scheme comprehensive evaluation and analysis model for offshore oil and gas enterprises,so as to provide method basis for design scheme selection and decision analysis.This thesis is based on the topic of evaluation research on the design plan of offshore drilling platforms.With the reference of the research results of many scholars,through in-depth and systematic analysis of evaluation indicators,it is integrated from three aspects: economic rationality,technological advancement,and social coordination.Consider selecting 12 evaluation indicators by consulting a large amount of data and questionnaires to build a comprehensive evaluation system for offshore drilling platform design schemes,and calculating the index weights by AHP to reduce the impact of human subjective factors on the evaluation model;then,through gray correlation The theoretical characteristics and the advantages and disadvantages of the TOPSIS method and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing method.The long-term supplement and the short-term method are used to get the roughness and refinement.The GC?TOPSIS method calculation model is finally used for comprehensive evaluation of offshore drilling platform design schemes.Quantitative eigenvalues of different platform design schemes evaluated under different indicators form a membership matrix.Through the gray correlation analysis of the membership matrix and the weighted TOPSIS solution method,the relative closeness of the design solutions of each platform to the positive and negative ideal solutions is obtained,so as to reflect the degree of feasibility of the program and complete the ranking of the program.This evaluation model couples the weighted TOPSIS method with gray correlation analysis,which can not only consider the trend of the curve,but also comprehensively analyze various hidden and complex factors in the design evaluation process,making the evaluation results more scientific and reasonable;the final article uses CNOOC South China Sea Taking the design plan of the drilling platform in Beibu Gulf as an example,the design evaluation model of gray related TOPSI was verified,and the GC?TOPSIS method was proved to be effective and feasible in the practice of platform design evaluation.The comprehensive evaluation and analysis model for the design plan of offshore drilling platforms constructed in this paper enriches the theoretical methods for comprehensive evaluation of the design plan and provides some reference significance for the offshore oil and gas enterprises to judge the quality of the design plan.
