With the rapid development of China's economy,the dependence on energy is also growing.In recent years,China's drilling technology continues to develop,and the offshore oil production capacity is increasingly improved.Offshore oil production not only has strict requirements on mining equipment such as strength and corrosion,but also requires more accurate sensor equipment,transmission system and mud logging software to collect and process downhole data.At present,our country's mud logging software is highly dependent on foreign countries.Moreover,the introduction of software rarely provides Chinese support,which is difficult for ordinary drilling operators to use.This paper presents a logging software design based on configuration environment,which can realize the real-time monitoring function of offshore oil drilling environment parameters by configuration,so as to get rid of the dependence on foreign software.This software firstly divides the modules according to the requirements of the software,then builds the framework of the software according to the characteristics of configuration and designs the underlying database.The basic modules of this software development include data acquisition and calibration,data initialization,data processing,display interface,language selection,data storage,etc.Data acquisition and calibration realizing the collection of current value and current value to the physical value of piecewise linearization process,initialize the equipment related parameters can be input data process,data processing to realize the integrated computation process of collecting data and equipment,through the display interface parameter window,curve window,animation window to display data,language selection module of multi-language display and support the custom of language,data storage module is used for data dump and data exchange.In this paper,normal use cases and abnormal use cases are designed to carry out a comprehensive test of software functions and interfaces.The test results show that this software has completed the design of various functions required by logging,and made corresponding innovations in view of the shortcomings of other software.The innovation of this software includes three points.First,it develops a framework structure that supports multi-language display and can customize multi-language display for application in different countries and regions.Second,the software adopts the drum line parameters and two kinds of piecewise line calibration method to calculate hook height,in roller parameter calculation method,the traditional rope drum diameter or rope layer method for determining the horizon of dislocation and other defects,this paper proposes a linear laser is used to measure the winch drum rope layer method and the corresponding two kinds of measuring devices,and applied for a patent for invention;Third,other software is not involved in the downhole animation hole structure,strata information display,or in the proportion of underground structure animation display hole structure and rock are vague,the software used in animation display section compression ratio method to highlight hole structure and the rock layer information,enable operators to focus more on the part of concern.
