At present,land and oil resources are depleted due to its non-renewable nature.Many countries(and regions)use offshore platforms as marine structures to provide the necessary support for offshore drilling and oil and gas resources.The offshore platform can not only be used for the exploitation of offshore oil and natural gas resources,but also in other industries.It can be used as a sea transit station to facilitate the placement and maintenance of deep water cages,but also as a transit point for fishing vessels,Supply station for the benefit of fisheries and fishermen.Offshore platform away from the mainland,if there are security incidents,rescue is difficult to arrive in time,often endanger the platform staff personal and property safety.Safety testing for the offshore platform for the status quo,there is no uniform standard,which is not conducive to the offshore platform offshore safety operations.Therefore,based on the virtual instrument test technology and LabVIEW development platform,this paper designs a set of offshore platform security detection system,the main design research as follows:1.Determination of safety inspection system indicatorsAccording to the principle of establishing the safety inspection index system of the offshore platform,the hierarchical structure is used as the template,and the structure is divided,and the main and secondary indexes needed for the safety detection are determined.Through the review of the literature and the relevant provisions of the state,proposed for the offshore platform security testing system grading indicators;2.Design of safety inspection systemThe offshore platform safety detection system is composed of three parts: sensor,data acquisition and safety rating.It is designed to meet the design principles and functional requirements of each part.3.Verification of safety inspection systemThe results show that the system is stable and reliable,and can realize data acquisition,real-time display,storage and playback function.The data acquisition and testing of the offshore platform are carried out.
