With the gradual transfer of coal resources worldwide to the stage of deep mining,coal enterprises are facing more and more disasters,especially the personal casualties and property damage caused by rock burst disasters,which greatly threaten production safety,and are major risk disasters that need to be controlled urgently in mines.Since the 2501 mining area of Huating Coal Mine has carried out mining activities,rock burst events have been very active,resulting in roadway floor heave,roof subsidence,support failure,large equipment displacement and other phenomena,and even personal casualties,causing huge economic losses and safety hazards to the mine.In order to solve the problem of frequent mine rock burst,this paper uses the theoretical analysis,field monitoring,numerical analysis and other methods to study the impact risk of mining face in Huating Coal Mine and its solution measures.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the geological conditions of rock burst risk and the influencing factors of mining technology,the rock burst risk areas are divided according to the coupling of multiple factors.Based on the superposition theory,the force source that affects the occurrence of rock burst is analyzed and it is concluded that the dynamic load is the main source in the study area and mainly comes from the overburden fracture in the airport area;Based on the comprehensive index evaluation,the impact risk of 250102-2 working face in the key area below the upper layer protective layer and coal pillar and the upper layer 250107-1 preparatory working face during two roadway excavation was evaluated and the risk area was divided according to the risk degree.In order to further reduce the influence of human factors on mine rock burst,the coal pillar in working face section,reasonable advancing speed and roadway support are optimized from the perspective of anti-shock.According to the actual mine,the comprehensive monitoring and early warning technology of combining static and dynamic load with local monitoring area is proposed,Determine the monitoring and early warning indicators to comprehensively evaluate the impact risk and implement targeted prevention measures based on borehole pressure relief and blasting pressure relief,Selecting adjacent or similar working face to rock burst damage degree,The comprehensive control effect was tested,and it was concluded that the rock burst damage degree of mining face was significantly reduced.Some achievements have been made in the prevention and management of rock burst disasters.
